Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Amalgamated Bean Coffee trading Co. limited (also known as CCD) who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank SMS Banking User" shall mean a person who has used SMS Banking financial service/s for the first time (during Offer Period) with registered mobile number for mobile banking.
• "ICICI Bank SMS Banking Service(s) "shall mean using ICICI Bank SMS Banking for Prepaid mobile recharge, DTH recharge, Broadband recharge, postpaid mobile bill pay, DMRC card recharge and IRCTC ticket booking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank SMS Banking User.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on successful completion of ICICI Bank SMS Banking financial Services, during the Offer Period on www.icicibank.com.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 12, 2014 to February 28, 2015 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank SMS Banking service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.cafecoffeeday.com.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This offer is available only for customers who fulfill below criteria:
• Customer must do a successful SMS Banking financial transaction during the offer period.
• Customer must not have used SMS Banking before December 12, 2014.
• Transaction to be considered for above 2 points are: Prepaid mobile recharge, DTH recharge, Broadband recharge, postpaid mobile bill pay, DMRC card recharge and IRCTC ticket booking.
• This offer is for each successful financial transaction done by the new SMS Banking customer who fulfills above criteria.
• Customers who have used ICICI Bank SMS Banking before December 12, 2014 are not eligible.
• The offer is Buy 1 coffee and get 1 coffee free at all CCD outlets (except CCD Lounge & CCD Square).
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank SMS Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

Redemption Process:

• Once you complete any financial transaction using SMS Banking, a unique code will be sent to your secured mailbox and mobile, within 15 days of your transaction.
• To get m-coupon for a free CCD coffee SMS ICIC to 56767 before Unique code validity mentioned in below point.
• Example: If the Unique Code sent to you by ICICI Bank is 1234567 then: SMS ICIC1234567 to 56767.
• You will receive the m-coupon on your mobile. Show this m-coupon at CCD outlets* and get a coffee free on a minimum purchase of 1 coffee. This m-coupon is to be redeemed on or before code validity date mentioned in below point.
• The code validity for Unique code sent by ICICI Bank is till March 31, 2015 and the code validity for m-coupon for redemption is till February 28, 2015.

• This offer is valid only on Buy One Get One.
• This offer is available on every ICICI Bank SMS Banking financial transaction done by new SMS Banking users who have not used ICICI Bank SMS Banking services before.
• This offer is valid on Cappuccino, TA Cappuccino, Café Latte, TA Café Latte, Café Mocha, TA Café Mocha, Espresso and TA Espresson.
• This offer is valid at all India Outlets (except CCD Lounge and CCD Square)

III. Terms Prescribed By Alliance Partner

• Offer is valid only on buy one get one.
• Offer is valid on Cappuccino, TA Cappuccino, Café Latte, TA Café Latte, Café Mocha, TA Café Mocha, Espresso, TA Espresson.
• Offer is valid at all India Outlets (except CCD Lounge & CCD Square).
• This offer is brought to the customers solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by Vendors of the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank and Alliance partner shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of the offer.
• Alliance partner and ICICI Bank jointly reserve the rights to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw the offer altogether without any notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

• All other standard Terms & Conditions of the Alliance partner would continue to be applicable.

IV. Terms And Conditions Applicable To The Offer Prescribed By ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the customer /s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User ceases to be an ICICI Bank SMS Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank SMS Banking User.
