Terms and Condition
I. Terms and conditions for Lakme Salon offer:
- ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit / Debit/ Pre-paid Card of ICICI Bank.
- In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit/ Pre-paid Card_at the Alliance Partner’s Retail Outlets ( Exclusive Brand Outlet ) during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit / Pre-paid card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.
- Customer Escalation Matrix Or Process: Customer should contact the store manager and ask manager to raise the complaint from the salon itself. We have a complaint management system at the salon. Alternatively, customer can also escalate the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org . Customer should mention the visit details, payment and his/her contact number.
- Offer Period: January 10, 2015 to November 30, 2015.
II. Alliance Partner prescribed Terms & Conditions of Offer:
- No two offers can be clubbed.
- Discount will be applicable only on Salon services.
- There is no minimum amount of spend is required for availing the offer.
- Offer not applicable on products, Bridal, Make Up packages, series package.
- Offer valid for one year from the date of contract.
- Value / Privilege Banking customer will avail respective offer by transacting through their respective ICICI Bank Credit / Debit / Pre-paid Card.
- Employee should show their ICICI Bank ID card at the time of billing to avail the discount. Failing which, no discount will be provided.
- Discount cannot be carried forward.
- Loyalty programme terms and conditions apply.
- Offer valid at all authorized Lakme Salon and Studio.
- Customers will have to take a prior appointment to avail discounts on services.
- Offer cannot be enchased or exchanged for any gift.
- Offer valid across all Lakme salons and studios from 10am till 8pm all 7 days.
- Lakme Salons have the right to withdraw or amend this offer without any prior notice.
- Disputes if any shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
III. ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions:
- ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Lakme Salon. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Hometown directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Lakme Salon.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Lakme Salon or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Lakme Salon in this regard.
- No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
