Terms and Conditions:

• The Offer can be availed only on transactions done using ICICI Bank MasterCard Business Credit / Debit Card issued in India.
• The Offer is applicable only on first booking made at www.oyorooms.com through ICICI Bank MasterCard Business Credit / Debit Card.
• The Offer is valid till December 31, 2015.
• Under this Offer, cardholder will get 25% discount on spends of ₹2,500 and above on using the promo code. The promo code can be used only once during the Offer validity. Offer is not valid for bulk/ institutional booking.
• The Offer is valid on hotel booking made at www.oyorooms.com and the OYO Rooms mobile application. Cardholder needs to complete stay within the Offer period i.e. December 31, 2015.
• OYO Rooms is not liable to extend the Offer to the customer if coupon code has not been applied while checkout or while making the booking.
• Total minimum spends will be calculated on the basis of product / service cost only excluding all taxes, VAT, delivery charges, etc. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and / or billed to the account of the Cardholder.
• Cardholder is required to register and create an account and thereafter login to the account. However, if the cardholder already has an account then he/ she can login with the existing account to make the bookings.
• The Offer can be availed on making payment using your ICICI Bank MasterCard Business Credit / Debit Card.
• No two Offers can be clubbed together.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the Cardholder.
• Cardholder is advised to visit the merchant website to know these details before transacting.
• The Offer is non-binding, non-encashable, non-transferrable and non-negotiable.
• The participation is voluntary and any booking at www.oyorooms.com and the OYO Rooms mobile application shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of OYO Rooms.
• ICICI Bank reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the customer at all times.
