• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using an eligible MasterCard Business Debit or Credit Card issued in India.
• Under this offer, cardholder shall use the promo code to get ₹1,000 off on purchase of ₹10,000 and above. Use of the promo code during the transaction is mandatory to avail of the offer. Any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
• To avail the offer, cardholder is advised to register at www.kobster.com, create an account and thereafter login to the account. However, if cardholder already has an account then he/she can login with their existing account.
• Total minimum spends will be calculated on the basis of product cost only, excluding all taxes, VAT, service charges, delivery charges, handling charges, etc. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• No two offers can be clubbed together and no additional discount/offer will be applicable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/ or product/ services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to Kobster.com at sales@kobster.com. The Cardholder may contact Kobster.com by calling on 044-64573222. Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai courts only.
• MasterCard or ICICI Bank will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
• In case of product return by the cardholder of the items purchased with a promotion code, the discount will be subtracted from the return credit
• The offer is made available only if the cardholder makes full payment using their eligible MasterCard Business Debit or Credit Card.
• ICICI Bank, MasterCard and Kobster reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, these offers by another offers, whether similar or not, or to withdraw them altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
• By participating in this offer, the Cardholders will be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.
