Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• For the purpose of these terms and conditions (“Terms”):
• "ATM" means ICICI Bank ATM which is used for transactions - cash, cheque and other Value Added Services.
• "Card" shall mean such variants of ICICI Bank Debit Card, which has been issued by the ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") and which is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
• "Card holder" will be such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold a Card.
• "Winner" shall mean those customers who conduct maximum value of prepaid mobile recharge transactions during the Day using the Card at any ICICI Bank ATM during the Offer Period.
• "Day" shall mean a period of 24 hours starting 12:00AM and ending at 11:59PM during the Offer Period.
• "Offer" shall mean the top two Debit Card holder/s who make maximum prepaid mobile recharge transactions using their ICICI Bank debit Card at ICICI Bank ATM and win an iPad Mini each during the said Offer Period.
• It is important that the customer/s uses only ICICI Bank ATM machines during the Offer period. Failing to do so will disqualify the customer.
• Prizes will be delivered to the customer/s within 45 days from the end of the Offer Period
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period from March 31, 2016 to May 14, 2016 (both days included).
• "Participant(s)" shall mean Debit Card holders; except for ICICI Bank employees who are part of the ICICI Bank ATM business, ATM Marketing and BIU teams including family and friends of such employees.
• "Prize(s)" shall mean ‘iPad Mini’.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the customer in addition to these Terms.
• "Void Entry" shall mean any kind of transaction at any Non -ICICI Bank ATM during the Offer Period. Such transactions shall not be considered for this Offer.

II. Offer Construct:

• Top two participant(s) who conduct the maximum value of prepaid mobile recharge transactions during each Day, at ICICI Bank ATMs, during the Offer Period shall be eligible for Prize.
• A Card holder/s who uses any other bank’s ATM for a transaction, during the Offer Period shall not be eligible to avail this Offer.
• The maximum limit per transaction of prepaid mobile recharge at any ICICI Bank ATM is Rs.10,000. Participant(s) can do multiple transactions in a Day to win the Prize.
• Only successful prepaid mobile recharge transactions using ICICI Bank ATMs shall be taken into consideration to declare the Winner.
• A Participant is eligible to win only one Prize during the Offer Period subject to terms and condition mentioned under.

III. Clause

• Prize(s) shall be given on ‘as is where is’ basis. ICICI Bank will not be responsible for the delay in handing over the prize/s if the same has been delayed by the 3rd party/partner for any reason.
• The Winner(s) shall be announced within 45 days from the end of the Offer Period.
• The Winner(s) of the Prize shall be informed through email on their registered e-mail id and/or SMS on the registered mobile number.
• In case of a tie between two or more customers who have the same value of prepaid mobile recharge transactions
• The total number of prepaid mobile recharge transactions during the period will be used to break the tie
• In case of a tie on the number of prepaid mobile recharge transactions, the customer who has done the last transaction chronologically earlier will be the winner

IV. General Terms and Conditions:

• The Offer is valid only for the customers of ICICI Bank.
• Participant(s) shall be bound by all the terms and conditions governing this Offer to win the Prize.
• If the Card Holder/s ceases to be the Card Holder/s at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Card Holder/s
• In case customer cancels any transaction/s due to which he/she has qualified for the Prize, then the customer is not eligible for the Prize.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
• All communication/notices with regards to this Offer should be addressed to ‘ICICI Bank Limited (Phone Banking and correspondence unit), ICICI Bank Phone Banking center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey number 115/72, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad 500032.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank will be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms shall be in addition and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card of ICICI Bank. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meaning ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• Terms and conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank is not responsible for the goods/services provided by third parties.
• ICICI Banks shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/service availed by the customer/s under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of any Prize(s) and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Prize(s), shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• After the Prize(s) has been delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any terms and conditions of the Offer without assigning any reason/s or without prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be available to the customers of ICICI Bank Limited.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify/exclude any customer from the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the program, or otherwise by the use of Card. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to such disqualifications
• The Offer and Prize(s) are subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer and Prize(s) are not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/product/services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.Any queries from Cardholders, can be raised only within 30 days after the closure date of the Offer.
• Prizes will be delivered to winners via courier within 45 days from declaration of winner list. In case the courier is not delivered/ returned by the winner/ address provided is wrong, the winner will be contacted via phone/e-mail and we will attempt to deliver the same again. If the courier is not delivered the second time as well, the winner will be informed via phone/e-mail. We will not make any more attempts to deliver the prize unless specifically contacted by the winning customer within a period of 30 days from the date of first courier, post which the prize will be forfeited by the Bank.
• ICICI Bank is not responsible for any damage to the iPads during delivery by the courier partner.
