I. DEFINITIONS

• "Alliance partner" shall mean Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, A division of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (www.trendin.com), who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/ Prepaid/Gift card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a resident who holds an ICICI Bank savings account and has Net banking services of ICICI bank
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)” shall mean Internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Card" refers to any Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or Debit Card/Prepaid Card (Electron/Maestro) issued to the Cardholder by ICICI Bank in India or abroad.
• "Cardholder/s" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Netbanking /Debit Card/Credit Card
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from December 13, 2013 till January 31, 2014 both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the "Alliance partner" : www.trendin.com
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the "website" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service .
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities of purchasing products/gadgets online offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Free Trial Period” shall mean a period of 30 days after subscribing to My Money from ICICI Bank.
• “Realization of Subscription Fees” shall mean after 30 day free trial period the annual fees gets deducted from the users account automatically, if he/she doesn't unsubscribe to the product.
• “Unique Discount Voucher” shall mean the promo code shared by the partner will be different for each customer.
• “Eligible Customer” shall mean customer who has subscribed to the product, his subscription fees are realized and is eligible for the discount voucher.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. OFFER:

In order to avail the Offer, ICICI Bank Internet banking User shall have to login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking Account and subscribe to My Money from ICICI Bank. Post the Free Trial Period and realization of annual subscription fees, within 30 days a Trendin voucher shall be sent to you in your secured ICICI Bank mailbox in the logged in section and / or registered email id.

    1. ICICI Bank eligible Customer will be eligible for a FLAT Rs.500 off on a minimum purchase of Rs. 2000 on the Alliance partner's website “www.trendin.com” .

    2. ICICI Bank eligible Customer will be eligible for a FLAT Rs.1000 off on a minimum purchase of Rs. 4000 on the Alliance partner's website “www.trendin.com” .

• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Customer is on a voluntary basis.
• On successful realization of annual subscription fees after the free trial period as mentioned above, the ICICI Bank Net Banking User shall receive an e-discount voucher within 30 days, which can be redeemed by visiting the Alliance Partner’s Website
• The unique discount vouchers shall be provided directly by ICICI Bank, via email in ICICI Bank Net Banking User's secured mailbox in the logged in section and / or registered email id within 30 days from the date of realization of annual fees
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank customer/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

III. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by Alliance Partner

• This offer is brought to you solely by Trendin.com. ICICI is only communicating this offer on behalf of Trendin.com
• This discount offer is available only for selected ICICI Net banking customers/ Cardholders only
• The offer is valid on shopping online on www.trendin.com
• The marketing programs (“Programs”) from Trendin.com and ICICI bank are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Debit/Credit card or Net banking account.
• Customer needs to enter Promotion Code & pay online through using their ICICI Bank Cards option or ICICI Bank Netbanking services while shopping on Trendin.com, to be eligible for the offer (Discount).
• In case, the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code and pay through ICICI Bank Cards/ Net banking services, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.trendin.com
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Net-banking user as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• Prior to using the Trendin.com website, the Customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website (URL: http://www.trendin.com/content/terms-and-conditions-of-use-3) and proceed to make purchases only if the Account holder agrees to abide by the same.
• The Customer shall be required to give personal information and account details online for the tickets purchased on www.trendin.com
• The ICICI Bank net banking user/ Cardholder is advised to read and understand the Privacy policy on the Trendin.com website, prior to providing such information.
• ICICI Bank and Trendin.com (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle – A Division of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd) reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• ICICI Bank & Trendin.com reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/Cardholder/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/Cardholder/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/Card Holder/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or Net Banking User/s/Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at help@trendin.com or call on1800-102-8448 / 080-493-77-444 without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Madura Fashion & Lifestyle only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank / Alliance partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User /Cardholder at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder.
