Terms and Condition

1. The 12% Discount Offer: Customer will get 12% off on any purchase (in a single order) of Rs. 1800/- and above on all categories (except for fine jewellery, Gold coins, Gift Vouchers, Gift cards/Topups, Maxit merchandise and First Citizen enrolment fee.) purchased on www.shoppersstop.com (hereinafter referred to as the website) of Shoppers stop Limited (Alliance Partner) during the offer Period using ICICI Bank Visa/MasterCard Credit card, Debit card or Netbanking. The same shall be subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein (hereinafter referred to as ‘12% discount offer’).
2. A single discount voucher code will be shared by Alliance Partner, with ICICI Bank for communication to its Customers. On applying this discount code, an outright discount of 12% will be applied on orders of Rs.1800 and above. ICICI Bank shall share with Alliance Partner the list of all active credit card/debit card BINs issued by ICICI Bank in India which shall be eligible for this offer.
3. The 12% Discount Offer Period: 1st October, 2014 to March 20, 2015 except for End of Season Sale (EOSS) periods of the Alliance Partner, during which period the offer shall not be applicable.
4. In order to avail the discount of 12% which will be applied on the order of Rs. 1800/- or more towards orders placed from the website, the eligible customer/cardholder will have to apply with the special coupon discount code provided by ICICI Bank, failing which the customer/cardholder shall not be eligible for availing discount. Alliance Partner shall not be held liable and responsible in this regards.
5. 12% Discount offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions provided on the website.
6. All orders shall be subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. The Approval of any orders placed by the customers is at the sole discretion of the Alliance Partner.
7. By placing an order, the customer accepts the Terms of Use, shipping policy and return policy specified on www.shoppersstop.com
8. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
9. The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
10. Alliance Partner reserves the right to cancel any order, placed using the Electronic Discount Voucher Code, for which the payment is made using any other payment mode than ICICI Bank Visa/Master Card Credit Card/Debit Card or ICICI Bank netbanking
11. The offer is valid only for successful/approved transactions.
12. Alliance Partner shall not be liable for any claims or grievances solely attributable to ICICI bank or netbanking services of ICICI bank or use of ICICI Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
13. The Offer is not valid on Corporate Credit Cards.
14. In Case of any Cash Back, Alliance Partner shall not in any way be responsible nor entertain any communication with regards to any issue relating to the said cash back and the Cardholder shall be required to contact ICICI Bank for the same.
15. Alliance Partner shall not be liable, in case, of any misuse or fraudulent use of the Card and/ or if any Customer/ Cardholder defaults in paying the purchase amount to the ICICI Bank, and that the ICICI Bank agrees that Alliance Partner shall not refund any of the remittance of the ICICI Bank to Alliance Partner relating to purchase transactions under this Offer.
16. In the event of non-happening, cancellation or partial happening of the 12% discount offer for reason beyond anybody’s control or Act of God, neither Alliance Partner nor ICICI Bank nor their respective affiliates, agents, sponsors or assigns shall be liable to any of the Customer and/or Cardholders participating in the 12% discount offer.
17. ICICI Bank and Alliance Partner shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that must be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of the 12% discount offer.
18. Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank jointly reserves the rights to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions of this 12% discount offer or to replace wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not to withdraw the offer altogether without any notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
19. By participating in the 12% discount offer the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
20. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only
21. Reactivate refers to customers who haven’t logged into Internet Banking for more than three months
