Terms and Condition
- "Customer/s" for the purpose of this offer shall mean a person who are ICICI Bank iMobile app users.
- "ICICI Bank iMobile app User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account maintained with ICICI Bank for purposes of ICICI Bank iMobile app.
- "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's iMobile Service.
- "Offer" shall mean gifts made available to Customers which would be based on value of all the transactions done through iMobile app’s Chatbot .
- "Chatbot" is an artificial bot that helps a Customer do his/her transactions using text command on iMobile app .
- "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from June 16, 2017 to September 5, 2017 both days inclusive.
- "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/unsuccessful at the Website of the Alliance partner.
- Alliance Partner: shall mean KKCL Pvt. Limited that has tied up with ICICI Bank for providing this Offer.
- “Merchandise” shall mean the merchandise provided by the Alliance Partner under this Offer.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
II. Steps to avail the Offer
- Any Customer that does his /her first transaction on Chatbot would be eligible to avail Merchandise under this Offer.
- ICICI bank employees shall not be eligible for this Offer.
- Customer would qualify for Merchandise worth above Rs. 1499. The Customer shall be eligible to get the avail the Merchandise if he/she pays the shipping and handling charges of Rs 349 or Rs. 399. The shipping charges shall differ depending on the nature of the Merchandise.
- Qualified Customers would be informed through communication on their secured inbox and / by the message center in the logged in section / by mail / by call, about the rewards and the redemption process, within 45 days post the Offer Period.
- ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products/goods delivered by Alliance Partner and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to respective Alliance Partner
- Delivery in all Kerala regions is not possible by courier. The Customer shall have to provide an alternate address.
- Merchandise would be delivered to Customer by third party, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
- Offer is valid for any transaction using ICICI Bank’s iMobile Chatbot
III. General Terms and Conditions pertaining to the Offer
- Merchandise shall be sent atleast 45 days after the transaction.
- Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
- In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer
- Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
- If the Customer ceases to be an mobile banking user at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
- In case of any discrepancies, the decision of ICICI Bank will be considered final for the Offer.

- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme run by the Alliance Partner The payment towards handling charges while indenting for Merchandise should be made through ICICI Bank Debit Card only
- ICICI Bank is not liable nor is it responsible for products or services being offered in this Offer.
- Disputes, if any rising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
- Delivery at Kerala Region is closed by courier service provider
- The delivery is valid only in the Indian Territory.
