Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• In these Terms, which expression shall include all amendments and modifications made thereto from time to time, the following words and phrases have the meaning set below unless the context indicates otherwise:
• “Accounts” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean retail Current Accounts with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) of all constitutions including individuals, proprietors, partnerships, private limited companies, public limited companies and others.
• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Apple iPad, Tzaro and BookMyShow who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for the purpose of providing this Offer.
• “CIB” shall mean ICICI Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking platform for Current Account customers of ICICI Bank.
• “iBizz” shall mean ICICI Bank’s mobile banking platform for Current Account customers of ICICI Bank.
• “Channels” for the purpose of this offer shall mean transactions done through CIB and iBizz
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person/ entity/ organization who holds a current account and who has received communication from ICICI Bank by way of direct mailer/ e-mailer/ SMS/ Net Banking or any other mode with respect to the Offer.
• “Offer” or “Reward” shall mean discount voucher and items provided by the Alliance Partner pursuant to alliance agreement with ICICI Bank.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period from March 01, 2018 till April 04, 2018 (both dates inclusive).
• “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to Current Accounts as available on the site www.icicibank.com and as intimated to the Customer from time to time.

II. The Offer details

*Shipping and handling charges of Rs.499/- to be borne by the customer and to be paid directly to tZARO

• The offer will be valid from March 01, 2018 till April 04, 2018
• The offer will be applicable for new active customers (customers transacting for the first time during the offer period) using ICICI Bank Corporate Internet Banking or iBizz application.
• The winners will be chosen basis the highest number of transactions of value Rs 500/- or more using the aforementioned channels
• One Customer can be eligible only once as a winner under the Offer. a Customer cannot qualify for multiple offer in said promo period. In case a customer is eligible for more than one reward, higher offer shall be considered for deciding the winner.
• In case of multiple customers qualifying for the offer, the one/s with higher total transaction value will be considered for deciding the winner.
• Image of the product on the banners, landing page / mail are indicative in nature and may vary from the actual reward.
• Necessary communication to the eligible customers shall be done atleast 45 days post the campaign period and latest by June 30, 2018 through email id registered with ICICI Bank in the subject account.

Listed are the type of transactions will be considered for offer.

• IMPS Payment
• Bill Payment
• Retail & Bulk NEFT/RTGS Payment
• Salary Transfers/Payments (WIB)
• Recharge (single user under corporate)
• GST Tax payment

Note: Fund transfer within ICICI Bank accounts will not be considered for the offer

Weeks are defined as below.           

• Week 1: March 01 to March 07, 2018
• Week 2: March 08 to March 14, 2018   
• Week 3: March 15 to March 21, 2018
• Week 4: March 22 to March 28, 2018     
• Week 5: March 29 to April 04, 2018

III. Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank

• The Customer’s participation in the Offer and opening of Account by the Customer is entirely voluntary. It is further understood that the Account opened by the Customer is not solely because of the Offer benefits.
• The participation in the Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by the Alliance Partner.
• Delivery/Handling charges are non-refundable in any case.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the gift voucher items provided by the Alliance Partner.
• The discount voucher is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/ body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s.
• Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
• The Offer benefits are subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank.
• The Offer can be altered, modified or terminated any time at sole discretion of ICICI Bank without any intimation to the Customer.
• ICICI Bank is neither liable nor responsible for products and/or services being offered under this Offer.
• ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim/ injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the Terms or Offer itself. ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness of the Offer and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same.
• Disputes and/or queries, if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise shall be directed to the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which Offer cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Terms contained herein shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to The Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Current Account. However, in case of any inconsistency between Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Current Account and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail at all time.
• I have read and understood the terms and conditions mentioned above and hereby agree to the same.

IV. Terms and Conditions of Alliance Partner

BookMyShow Gift Voucher

•  Gift Voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office
• Gift Voucher can be redeemed on purchase of e-tickets for Movies/Plays/Concerts/Sports or Merchandise and F&B (if any) available on BookMyShow.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used in a single transaction
• Gift Voucher can be combined with any other payment type and existing offers on BookMyShow
• Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period
•  Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of email communication issued to customer.
•  Gift Vouchers are adjusted against the ticket cost and the convenience fees. Any additional amount can be paid the user
• Gift Vouchers are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow
• If lost misused, the Gift Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date
•  Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers/Cards or recharging the BookMyShow wallet
• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Gift Voucher and their use on our Website are also subject to BookMyShow General Terms of Use and BookMyShow decision will be final in case of any dispute

Steps to Redeem the Gift Voucher:

• Log on to in.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App.
• Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date, Time and Seats of your preference as the logic flows.
• On payment page, click on the tab that states "Gift Voucher" on left and then enter the Gift Voucher e-Code in the text box that appears.
• Tick the check box that states "Yes, I accept the Terms and Conditions and Booking Policy" and click on the "Apply" button.
• Note: At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the Cinema/Venue Box Office for actual tickets.
• Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on the Email Address/Mobile Number provided while completing the transaction.

TZARO MERCHANDISE

• The select Merchandise would be delivered within the next 28 working days once the user places an order under the “special Privilege”
• The special privilege is valid only till December 31, 2018.
• Orders for “TZARO & ILINA offer products” can only be placed through online medium after redeeming the code.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme run by the company at the time of placing order.
• The payment towards handling charges while indenting for Tzaro & Ilina products should be made through ICICI Bank Debit Card only
• ICICI Bank is not liable nor is it responsible for products or services being offered in this alliance.
• Disputes, if any rising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Competent Courts/Tribunals in Mumbai Only.
• Delivery at Kerala Region is closed by courier service provider due to Taxation
• The delivery is valid only in the Indian Territory.

• This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by ICICI Bank (“Bank”) along with M/s. Analyticsiq Consulting Services Private Limited, operating through its website www.tzaro.com (“TZARO”). This Offer is open for all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Debit Card or ICICI Credit Card or holding a valid/active ICICI Bank Account, with no outstanding of more than 30 days (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Card holder(s)”).

• Under this Offer, any Cardholder(s) who, during the Offer Period, purchases any products from the Website gets the product for free but pays a fee of Rs. 499 as handling and logistics charges (‘handling fee’). The handling fee is pre-paid and COD option is not available on these offers.
• These present terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Website T&C’s, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to which the Cardholder(s) would have to agree by registering/using the Website. In the event of any conflict between the T&C’s, Terms of Use and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purpose limited to this Offer. Having said so, it is clarified that the shipping facility requested by any Cardholder under this Offer shall be only available within the designated territories within India as stipulated by TZARO in the Website T&C’s. Also The Offer is applicable on all purchases, i.e. prepaid purchases as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) items subject to the restriction on the specific products that are not made available on COD basis as per the discretion of TZARO and/or Website T&C’s.
• The validity of the Offer shall be until such time that the Bank has an arrangement with TZARO and for each Cardholder(s) the effective term shall be restricted to the validity of the unique code, as mentioned in the e-mail shared by the Bank at their sole discretion (“Offer Period”). The Offer will be subject to termination or changes as may be stipulated by TZARO and/or the Bank, for which no prior notice or liability shall be subsisting towards the Cardholder(s).
• This offer is only applicable on the selected merchandise on the offer and is not valid on every TZARO or ILINA product.
• All or any government levies like GST , TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder(s) (as may be applicable) at the time the order is made.
• Purchases undertaken by the Cardholder(s) beyond validity of the unique code and without using ICICI Bank Card or ICICI Bank Account shall not be included in the Offer.
• In a scenario where the Cardholder(s) either returns the product/cancels the transaction or a transaction is cancelled by the TZARO, only the charged/ deducted/debited amount shall be refunded to the Cardholder(s) as per the TZARO’s cancellation/return policy AND the said Cardholder shall not be entitled to demand discount towards another transaction. Also under no circumstance will the discount being offered under this Offer be demanded by the Cardholder(s) to be encashed.
• TZARO and/or the Bank will not be responsible for invalid transactions or transactions that fail due to network or such uncontrolled errors.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the Website, are representative only and in some cases minor difference between the actual shades of the products versus the mages may exist.
• The participation in the Offer is voluntary and any purchase on Website using ICICI Card/Account shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein by the Cardholder/user of the ICICI Card/Account.
• That Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.
• The TZARO and Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified/detected/reported.
• TZARO and the Bank hold the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder(s). The Cardholder(s) shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card/account is cancelled/closed before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
• Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability at all times and TZARO in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products. Offer Valid till stock last.
• TZARO and the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement the Cardholder(s) have with the Bank. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
• The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of TZARO/Bank.
• All disputes between the Cardholder(s) and Bank will be resolved inter se and TZARO will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholder(s) and Bank.
• These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
