Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean CouponRaja, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing various offers.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking and iMobile User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking and iMobile User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount vouchers provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products/services using ICICI Bank Net banking services or iMobile.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from October 26, 2016 to June 30, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Alliance Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 19, 2016 to June 30, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following website-“http://www.couponraja.in/icicibank”:Void Transactions” shall mean a transaction that has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the "website" of the "Alliance partner" i.e. www.couponduniya.com
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking and iMobile facility/service.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking and iMobile User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• The Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking and iMobile User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Net Banking and iMobile User/s shall be required to make bill payments  using ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile App.. Bill payment type can either be presentment bill, payment bill, quick pay or any credit card bill paymentIn order to avail the discount the Customer shall be required to transact online on the Alliance Partner’s affiliate merchants websiteTo access the discount vouchers the customer shall need to visit http://www.couponraja.in/icicibank and enter the Passcode provided by ICICI Bank during the Offer PeriodThe Passcode to redeem the offer will be shared, via secured mailbox within 30 days from the date of transactionThe customer has the flexibility to choose from a range of discount vouchers subjected to a maximum of value of Rs.3000 in savings.

III. The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria

• The Offer is valid only for ICICI Bank customers(s) who have paid any bills using ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period. The communication would be in digital medium.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Alliance Period or until the discount vouchers lasts with the Alliance Partners or affiliate channels, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Offer Period: October 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017,both days inclusive
• Alliance Period: October 01, 2016 to June 30, 2017, both days inclusive. User has to redeem the promo code from Couponraja link in this period.
• Steps to avail the offer

• Login to your Internet Banking account with your User ID and Password from your desktop/ laptop/ tablet/ mobile.
• To download iMobile on your mobile phone, just SMS iMobile to 5676766 or give a missed call on 09222299998.
• Step 2
• Pay any bills for the month, Bill payment type can either be presentment bill, payment bill, quick pay or any credit card bill payment. Add billers using ICICI Bank Internet Banking or using iMobile App to make payments on all channels.
• Step 3
• Get PassCode in your secure mailbox within 30 days.
• Step 4
• Once selected, Click and Enter your email ID and click

• Immediately check your mail box for the discount vouchers, you shall receive all details like Coupon Code, Validity, Terms and Conditions of the Vouchers etc
• How To Redeem the Discount Vouchers & Save Money:
• Access the email received in your inbox (Subject: Your Selected Discount Coupons)
• Click the "Coupon Activation" button next to the offer you wish to use
• On doing so, the merchant site whose offer you clicked will open in the next tab
• Select products keeping in mind the Terms & Conditions of the offer you selected and proceed to payment
• During payment, look for a field to Apply Coupon Code/Voucher Code/Promo Code
• Enter the code and the discount will be applied

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at wls@couponduniya.in without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s ceases to be an ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the offer without any prior notice.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the below mentioned email id wls@coupondunia.in without any reference to ICICI Bank.

V. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• The couponing solution is powered by Couponraja for ICICI Bank customer(s). All terms and conditions applicable on the respective merchant’s website whose offer/coupons is being used will be applicable. The offer is valid on purchase of all products displayed on the website unless specified in the terms and conditions of the offer. 

• Couponraja holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the respective ecommerce merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the respective ecommerce merchant directly without any reference to Couponraja.
• Couponraja shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.

• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
