Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Amazon.in" referred as www.Amazon.in, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a resident Indian individual holding an ICICI Bank Savings Account and having valid access to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Services.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided to the Customer/s by the Alliance Partner on purchase of its Products/Services, using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services during the Offer Period on the Website of the Alliance Partner.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from February 14, 2017 and ends March 31, 2017 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)” shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to the Internet Banking users.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s)” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings bank account and is using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services.
• “E-Commerce Transactions” shall mean any transactions done on any E-Commerce Mobile App or Mobile website using ICICI Bank Net Banking.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner: www.Amazon.in
• "Voucher" shall mean Promo Code provided to the Customer/s from by the respective Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

First 100 Customers daily who do 2 or more E-com transactions in a week using ICICI Bank Internet Banking during the Offer Period will be entitled to get Amazon.in gift card worth ₹ 100/-.

The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria:

• The Offer is valid only for those Customers who have done 2 or more E-Com transaction in a day using ICICI Bank Internet Banking during the Offer Period.
• Each Customer will get maximum one Voucher.
• Eligible Customer/s shall be provided the Voucher via e-mail to the Net Banking Users’ secured mailbox within 45 days from the date of transaction
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer is on a voluntary basis.
• The Customer may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the Customer by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

III. Steps to avail the offer and to redeem the Voucher

• Customer will have to do 2 or more ecom transactions in a day using Internet Banking and if you happen to be in first 100 customers in day with highest value
• Customer will receive the Amazon.in gift voucher in your secured mailbox within 45 days from the date of transaction
• Customer will visit www.amazon.in, fill his/her cart and click "Proceed To Pay"
• Complete the checkout and at the payment step, select the "Gift Voucher" payment option on the left
• Enter the Voucher Code when prompted
• Order amount will get updated based on the value of the Voucher
• In case, purchase value is more than the Voucher value, make the balance payment using ICICI Bank Internet banking

In case, purchase value is less than the Voucher value, only the purchase value is deducted from Voucher and the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

IV. Terms and conditions prescribed by Alliance Partner

• This coupon code will be applicable only on select styles, and may not be applicable on discounted products.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• Amazon.in reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.

V. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• The participation in the Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 5 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Products or Services availed by the Customer/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured vouchers offered by the Alliance Partner on www.Amazon.in and Amazon.in mobile app. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured vouchers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the alliance if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the alliance or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The assured vouchers are sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured vouchers.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer.
