I. Definitions

• "Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean a Credit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.

II. Program

Hotels

• Flat 5% instant discount on domestic hotel bookings

• Discount will be calculated on the base fare
• No minimum booking value required
• No maximum capping on discount
• Booking period on or before: Mar 31, 2021
• Travel period on or before: Dec 31, 2021

Holidays

• Flat 10% off on domestic holiday packages
• Promo Code: Domestic: DOMICICI
• Booking period and Travel period on or before Mar 31, 2021

Visa offer

• Flat Rs 500 discount on Visa service fee of Akbar Travels.
• Offer period till Dec 31, 2020
• Promo Code: ATICICIVISA

• All the offers are eligible for instant discount only by using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card.
• Offer is directly valid at www.akbartravels.com (desktop), Akbar Travels app, only.
• No two offers can be clubbed together.

III. General Terms Prescribed by ICICI BANK

• Participation in the Offer by the Card Holder/s is on a voluntary basis.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by the Alliance Partners, and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any delay/ loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s. Any dispute or claim regarding the same must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank and Alliance Partners reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer, or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or any prior intimation.
• The Offer may not be available to some Card Holders due to their location, or for any other reason whatsoever.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable, non-binding, and non-cashable, and cannot be clubbed, or substituted or exchanged with any other offer that may be made available to the Card Holders by ICICI Bank or the Alliance Partner, unless specified.
• In case of conflict between the terms conditions of the ICICI Bank and the Alliance Partners, the terms and conditions of ICICI Bank shall prevail.
• In case any inconsistency between the Primary Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of the Offer, the Primary Terms shall prevail.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority in India. And any dispute relating to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

IV. General Terms Prescribed by Merchant

• Instant discounts are applicable on Bookings.
• The offer is valid for Domestic and International Booking only by using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card
• The offer is valid for once per card during the offer period
• This offer is valid for bookings made on for before 31 March 2021, for Travel till 31 December 2021
• Discount amount will be calculated on “Base Fare” only.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Akbartravels.com.
• Date change, Rebooking and Refund charges will be applicable as per the Hotels Policies.
• Discount amount will be reversed in case of any cancellation.
• Akbartravels.com & ICICI Bank reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw the offer at any given point of time.
• Akbartravels.com & ICICI Bank reserves the right to add or withdraw any Hotel from the offer during the promotion period.
• Akbartravels.com & ICICI Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In no event, the entire liability of Akbar Travels under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
• Akbartravels.com reserves the right to reverse any excess and/or ineligible amount credited into the customer's card or account, without any prior consent from the customer.
• Akbartravels.com shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court.
• The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Akbartravels.com reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Akbartravels.com shall not refund the booking amount.
