Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Net banking services or iMobile app or m.icicibank.com and has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Digital Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and mobile banking services and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Digital Banking Service(s) "shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User and mobile banking services offered to iMobile app or m.icicibank.com users.
• "Cashback" shall mean 5% cashback on First Bill Payment. The maximum cashback shall be  up to ₹500 Cashback.
• First Bill payment shall mean first bill pay transaction provided by ICICI Bank for the eligible ICICI Bank Customer on Internet Banking or Mobile Banking platforms.
• This Offer is applicable to select and eligible Customers who does an online bill payment for the first time and makes payment using ICICI Bank Net banking Service or iMobile app or m.icicibank.com.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period June 16, 2017 to November 15, 2017. Both days inclusive in the period.
• "Order" shall mean a successful transaction made by the Customer on the Website for a specific product(s)/ service(s).
• "Website" shall mean the following www.icicibank.com
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful for whatever reasons on the website of ICICI Bank
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the products available on the Website for the Customers.
• “Channel” shall mean ICICI Bank Net Banking Service, iMobile app or m.icicibank.com.
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Details of the Offer -

• Customer will get 5% Cashback on First Bill payment Transaction (Category Included - utility , education, internet/cable/DTH recharge, mutual fund, pension,) Maximum Cashback is capped at Rs 500. Categories such as insurance, ICICI Bank and other Bank Credit Card, Tax, ESOP, Demat, Donation and all Airtel Transactions are excluded.
• 5% Cashback (Rs 500 Max) will be provided to the customers by November 15, 2017
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
• Concerns or queries regarding Offer should be communicated with the Bank before May 31, 2018.

III. Terms prescribed by ICICI bank

a)Terms and conditions prescribed for ICICI Bank Customers

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Digital Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Digital Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Digital Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Digital Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Customer/s from the benefits of the Cashback if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Cashback
• The Cashback is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• ICICI bank employees shall not be eligible to avail this Cashback.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Bank itself.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
