Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• Alliance Partner” shall mean “Yatra India Pvt.Ltd.” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
• "ICICI Bank’s iMobile Service(s) "shall mean iMobile services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank iMobile User.
• “Offer” shall mean this offer under which the existing and new Customer(s) of ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) who use or apply for ICICI Bank iMobile Services can get the benefit provided by Alliance Partner.
• Customer(s)” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate(s), account(s) which are eligible for the purposes of ICICI Bank’s iMobile Service(s) and who have received communication with respect to the Offer from ICICI Bank.
• “Offer Period” is from March 08 , 2107 to March 31, 2017(both days inclusive). The Offer shall be valid for every hour from 10AM to 8PM.
• “ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Service(s)“ shall mean mobile banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Mobile Banking User 
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s iMobile facility/ service.
• “Gift Voucher ” shall mean the voucher offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner ie https://www.yatra.com/
• All capitalized terms used but not defined ein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offers Construct

• Any Customer that downloads and activates iMobile application for the 1st time and performs financial transactions (no minimum value required) shall get Gift Voucher worth INR1000.
• The period of offer will be every hour from 10AM to 8PM. The Offer Period is from March 08-March 31,2017(both days inclusive). The Offer shall be valid for every hour from 10AM to 8PM.
• Every hour first 15 Customers that download and perform any financial transaction shall be eligible for the Offer.
• The maximum value of a Gift Voucher to be provided under this Offer shall not exceed INR 1000.
•  Customers shall receive the Gift Voucher in their secured mailbox by March 31, 2017.
• Only one Gift Voucher per Customer can be availed through this Offer.
• These EGVs are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. (Validity date will be mentioned).
• These EGVs are valid for online booking of – Return Flights (Domestic/International) only at Yatra.com.
• EGVs are valid for one time transaction only.
• EGVs are Non - Cumulative.
• In case of any customer queries/complaints regarding the Offer, Customers can call our promo team at 0124 – 3040707 / 700 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days) or write an email to coepromoteam@yatra.com.
• User has to apply the unique EGV number at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the EGV value)
• If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
• This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com. 
• No additional discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the Offer mentioned on the EGVs.
• If a purchase is equal to the value of the EGV, then customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.
• If a purchase is less than the value of the EGV, then customer can avail the discount maximum up to the value of the purchase only. Balance EGV amount will be forfeited and customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.
• If a purchase is more than the value of the EGV, then balance amount can be paid through Net Banking, card (debit/credit cards), mobile wallet.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
• Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.
• In case of cancellations, EGV amount will not be refunded back to the customer.
• All the terms and conditions of the EGV as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned in the website www.yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
• Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the Offer shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

III. Terms and conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to you solely by the ICICI Bank. The participation in the Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift Voucher under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Gift Voucher availed by the Customer/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. 
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed toYatra.com customer care or write an email to coepromoteam@yatra.com.
• Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the Offer shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such Offer cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be an ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or ICICI Bank net banking user from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes. 
• ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer.
