Terms and Condition
- "Offer" shall mean the campaign for "JBL speakers" which shall be applicable for any 3 or more financial transactions including but not limited to fund transfer, bill pay, recharge, insurance payment, ticket booking transactions using ICICI Bank iMobile app.
- "Customer/s" for the purpose of this offer shall mean a person who is ICICI Bank iMobile app user and are Wealth Customers of ICICI Bank.
- "Offer Period" shall mean Offer will be valid from June 1, 2017 to January 5, 2018.
- "Winners" shall mean top 30 transactors by cumulative value of transactions who has done 3 or more financial transactions during the Offer period on Channel to whom 30 Gifts shall be given.
- "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
- All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
- "Channel" shall mean using ICICI Bank iMobile app only.
- “Gift” shall mean speakers from JBL which shall be given to the Winner(s).
II. Steps to avail the Offer
- Winner(s) will be selected on the below criteria:
- Customer needs to be the highest transactor by value of transactions on Channel and should have done 3 or more Financial Transactions during the Offer Period.
- The top 30 highest transactors by value of transactions during the Offer Period shall be the Winner(s).
- The transactions which will be considered – Fund Transfer, Bill Pay, Recharge, Insurance payment, ticket booking (“Financial Transactions”).
III. General Terms and Conditions
- Fund transfer by the Customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
- One customer can be eligible only once as a Winner under the Offer.
- This Offer is applicable only for Wealth Banking Customers of ICICI Bank Ltd..
- The complete Winner(s) list will be published after 30 days of the offer expiry date. This will be the name of all eligible Winners, who will be sent their speakers at their registered address.
- The warranty period for Gifts will be one (01) year from date of registration by user.
- Alliance Partner shall deliver the Gift(s) to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
- If the delivered Gift is found damaged, Alliance Partner would reverse pick the damaged speakers and replace the same.
- If the delivered speakers is found defective, Alliance Partner will receive the complaint on phone and replace the device.
- ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in "Steps to avail the offer" and Alliance Partner shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
- ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the Gift(s) delivered and the services provided by Alliance Partner and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to Alliance Partner.
- Transactions using any other channel except ICICI Bank iMobile app will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
- After the Gift is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
- Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to ICICI Bank’s 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE
- Suggestions/Grievances if any have to be registered with ICICI Bank Customer care maximum within 60 days of offer completion.
- In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of Gift(s) provided by Alliance Partner and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the speakers or other services provided by Alliance Parnter, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
- Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer(s) due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer(s). Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer(s).
- The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the Gift(s) availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
- If the Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank iMobile App user at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
- The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
