• Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs") are issued by the Qwikcilver Solutions Private limited ("Qwikcilver"). Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.
• To add your GC to your Amazon Pay balance, visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard
• Beneficiary can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift card balance in his/her Amazon.in account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next purchase. There is no cap on number of gift cards that can be added to an account.
• Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your Amazon.in account.
• Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
• Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in
• The GCs, including any unused Amazon Pay balance, expire one year from the date of issuance of the GC
• GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for the cash.
• Qwikcilver, Amazon Seller Service Private Limited ("Amazon") or their affiliates are not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Myntra E-Gift Card

Validity : 6 Months from date of redemption

• Myntra E- Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.
• This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
• This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Multiple E-Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
• This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
• In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
• The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
• Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer.
• If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
• For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
• Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
• You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com/Qwikcilver Solutions are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
• Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
• Myntra.com/Qwikcilver Solutions assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
• Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
• Qwikcilver/Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
• You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.
• Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
• All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

Pantaloons E-Gift Card

Validity : One year from the date of issue

• Pantaloons E-Gift voucher can be redeemed for any product at pantaloons stores across India.
• Validity period of the E Gift voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
• Pantaloons E-Gift voucher is redeemable only once and only by the bearer.
• Pantaloons E-Gift voucher is not valid at shop-in-shops & on jewelry.
• Pantaloons E-Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption is not allowed.
• Pantaloons E-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card.
• No duplicate will be issued if Pantaloons E Gift voucher is lost or misplaced.
• Providing the correct Mobile no & E-mail Id will be customer's responsibility for trigger of E-GV Redemption Code
• Protect the E-Gift card number and PIN to avoid misuse. Pantaloons shall not assume any liability in case the e-GC PIN gets stolen/compromised, Pantaloons shall neither replace the e-GC nor refund cash.
• Any dispute should be referred to any company and decision of the company shall be final.

Croma E-Gift Card

Validity : 365 days from the date of issue

• This Gift Card issued by Croma, Infiniti Retail Limited (IRL).
• This Gift Card shall be subject to applicable laws or any new law, rules and/or regulations as may be promulgated / imposed by the Government, RBI, or any other statutory/regulatory authority.
• Gift Card cannot be redeemed against cash or cannot be used for settlement of any past amounts due to any of the Croma stores.
• If the purchase exceeds available balance in the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the Gift Card holder by another mode of payment i.e. cash or credit/debit card.
• Unused balance on the Card will not be refunded or credited during its validity or after its expiry. It shall be the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to use full amount loaded on the Gift Card before the date of expiry of the Card.
• IRL shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage or misuse of the Gift Card. The Gift Card holder shall have to ensure proper and authorized use of the Card.
• Any dispute relating to the Croma Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
• IRL shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions of the Gift Card from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website and / or at any of the Croma stores
• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.

Nykaa E-Gift Card

Validity : 365 days from the date of issue

• These Terms & Conditions apply to Nykaa.com e-Gift Cards (“e-Gift Card”) powered by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”). By purchasing the e-Gift Card(s), you are agreeing to and accept these Terms & Conditions. Your use of the e-Gift Cards shall be deemed to be your understanding of, and agreement, to each of the terms and conditions set forth below.
• The e-Gift Card can be redeemed online against products on www.nykaa.com only, the online ecommerce store operated by FSN Ecommerce Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
• e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other e-Gift Cards.
• If the order value is less than the amount of the e-Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Gift Card.
• You can redeem only 'One' e-Gift Card per order. The e-Gift Card can be combined with promotional codes, or other payment options except COD.
• e-Gift Cards will expire 365 days from the date of issue and the outstanding unused balance will be forfeited. Unused balance of e-Gift Cards may not be transferred to another e-Gift Card.

Validity : 1 year from the date of issue

• This Gift card can be redeemed at all Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar/Fashion@Big Bazaar(FBB) and Ezone stores across India.
• This Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• This Gift Card has to be redeemed in full. Partial redemption is not allowed.
• This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• NO duplicate will be issued if this Gift Card is lost or misplaced.
• This Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired.
• The holder of this Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final.

• This Lifestyle e-Gift Card is emailed to recipient within 24 hours of purchase.
• This Lifestyle e-Gift Card cannot be used at Cafes/Food Courts within Lifestyle.
• This Lifestyle e-Gift Card can be redeemed only once and in full.
• In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of e-Gift Cards, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the e-Gift Card.
