Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Flatworld Trading Pvt. Ltd.
• “Gift” shall mean Skullcandy headphones
• "Offer" shall mean the campaign to win Gifts which shall be applicable for any financial transactions including but limited to fund transfer, bill pay, recharge, investment transactions or ticket booking transactions using ICICI Bank iMobile app.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean Value Banking and Privilege Banking customers of ICICI Bank who are iMobile app users and have received communication from ICICI Bank in the form of SMS, notification or email about this Offer.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from June 1, 2017 to November 15, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Winners" shall mean Customers who are the top transactors of each day during the Offer Period, by the value of transactions. If a Customer has done more than one transaction in a day then the total cumulative value of all his transactions will be counted for the day.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
• "Channel" shall mean ICICI Bank iMobile app.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.

II. Offer Details

• Offer shall be provided to the Customer who are the top transactors of each day by value of transactions during the Offer Period (‘Winners’).
• Eligibility criteria for the Offer:
• The transactions which will be considered for eligibility in the Offer are:
  • Fund Transfer
  • Bill Pay
  • Recharge
  • Investment Transaction
• Fund transfer by the Customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
• The warranty period for Gifts will be one (01) year from the date of receipt of Gift by the Winner.1Alliance Partner shall deliver the Gifts to Winner’s address as available in ICICI Bank records, post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
• If the delivered Gift is found damaged, Alliance Partner would reverse pick the damaged Gift and replace the same.1If the delivered Gift is found defective, Alliance Partner will receive the complaint on phone and replace the Gift.2After the Gifts are delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• The final decision pertaining to Winner shall be that of ICICI Bank and the Alliance Partner shall not be responsible for the same.

II. General Terms and Conditions

• One customer is eligible only once as a Winner under the Offer.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by ICICI Bank.
• The Winners list will be published after 30 days of the offer expiry date. This list will include the name of all the eligible Winners, who will be sent their Gifts at their registered address.
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for Gift(s) delivered and the services provided by Alliance Partner and complaints, if any, about the same shall be redirected to the Alliance Partner.
• Transactions using any other channel except ICICI Bank iMobile app will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to the ICICI Bank 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE.
• Suggestions/Grievances if any have to be registered with ICICI Bank Customer care maximum within 60 days of Offer Period.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of Gift and the services provided by Alliance Partner and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of Gift or other services provided by Alliance Partner, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customers due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customers. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customers.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the Gift availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
• If the Customer ceases to be ICICI Bank iMobile App user at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• Any Customer who wins any gift/incentive under any offer from ICICI Bank will not be eligible to win another gift/incentive from ICICI Bank for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the gift/incentive.
