Eligibility criteria:

Background / Contest Details:

We, the Operating Unit (OU) (defined below) are carrying out this promotional contest for and on behalf of National Payments Corporation of India (NBBL), in order to create awareness at a national level amongst participants (defined below) about convenience and the usage of utility Bill Payments through Bharat BillPay, which is an exclusive service of NBBL
This contest (more elaborately covered herein under) is not a part of promotion of any brand (defined below). This promotional contest is merely an attempt to create awareness of simple and safe utility bill payments through Bharat BillPay enabled channels anytime, anywhere. NBBL / OU does not in any manner whatsoever promote any brand and would not in any manner be held responsible for any grievance faced by the participant of any nature whatsoever related to the brand. The participants are required to approach the OU for addressing / redressal of any queries / grievance that they may so have about the Contest. OU in consultation with NBBL may provide appropriate solution / redressal to such queries / grievances. However, in no event would any liability / claim / losses / damages etc. of any nature come upon NBBL and/or NBBL be held liable under any Act, Statute and/or applicable law in any manner whatsoever
The contest period shall be for the period commencing from Oct 18, 2021 to Nov 18, 2021 (both days inclusive).

Contest Terms: Definitions: General Terms And Conditions Prescribed By Icici Bank Apply

The contest is valid for the mentioned 21 approved biller categories and the billers listed in Bharat BillPay
The participants, in order to be eligible/be entitled to win a Smartphone and Alexa Speakers (subject to such changes as NBBL may from time to time, deem fit and proper), need to carry out the following:

a. Participants would have to pay bills through the OU’s channel, enabled with the Bharat BillPay feature

b. The Participant would have to pay bills only through the OU through whom the contest detail is being communicated and not with any other/medium

c. Participants would be required to carry out minimum 3 successful bill payment transactions passing through NBBL during the contest period through a single registered mobile/unique mobile number during the contest period from the Biller Categories through online/digital channels only. The first 8 participants who make the maximum number of bill payment transactions during the contest period shall win a smartphone and Alexa Speakers (subject to such changes as NBBL may from time to time, deem fit and proper)

d. Participants have to transact only through the OU app/website/ other digital channels of OU having Bharat BillPay features (being promoted by NBBL), and proceed for Bill Payment through Bharat BillPay for the 21 biller categories.

1st to 3rd denotes the maximum transaction reward category to the minimum transaction reward category, but fulfilling a minimum criterion of 3 bill payments (online only) during the contest period. In case of a tie, a consumer completing the maximum bill payments first during the duration/contest period will be rewarded
The aforesaid is subject to such change as NBBL may in its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper
At the end of the contest period, OU and NBBL will verify the eligible participant’s details (before declaring winners / eligible for prizes and will declare the first 8 winners eligible for smartphones and Alexa speakers (subject to such changes as NBBL may from time to time, deem fit and proper). The eligible winner/ /participant will be entitled for only one 1 of the above prizes/rewards during the entire contest term/period
Winner(s) do hereby unconditionally and willingly consent to provide their full particulars, including their full PAN Card/Address Proof, for the purpose of verification and audit and to enable OU (in consultation / approval from NBBL), to dispatch either the smartphones and Alexa speakers; which the winner / participant is so entitled to
NBBL employees and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the contest
Participation in the “#Bindaasjeeto” contest is subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out herein, and which are also available at the OU website/app i.e. Bharat BillPay enabled digital channels. Entry into this contest is deemed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be posted from time to time, during the contest period. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with, or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Contest and any prizes (as indicated in these T&Cs) won, may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. NBBL accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from any winning during the contest
Participants hereby expressly consent and agree that the participant(s) shall not, without the prior written approval of OU/NBBL, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments related to the contest / winning thereafter
This contest and its terms and conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and jurisdiction shall be vested exclusively in the courts at Mumbai, in India
NBBL doesn’t hold any liability on the warranty/quality of the product (smartphone, Alexa Dot and Alexa Show) / rewards. Customers may reach out to ICICI Bank for any product related issues.

a) Terms prescribed by for ICICI Bank Netbanking Users

OU shall mean and include the OU where the customer holds his/her account and is participating in the promotional contest run by NBBL. In this case, the OU of Baroda.
Biller Categories shall inter alia include Electricity, Gas, DTH, Water and Telecom (Mobile Postpaid, Landline Postpaid, Broadband), including and not restricting such additional categories as would be included by NBBL, as per its sole and absolute discretion.
Brand shall mean and include such brands of cellular companies with whom NBBL in its sole absolute discretion, may engage to procure the smart phones for distribution to the first 8 participants / winners of the contest, as per the terms and conditions of this contest
Participants shall mean and include Indian citizens (excluding legal entities, such as Body corporates, LLP, retail shops, business correspondents, billers / merchants collection centres or websites etc.) who pay his/her utility bills in the Biller Categories
A transaction is considered when the participant makes the utility bill payment from Bharat BillPay enabled channels of the OU, and passing through NBBL online/digital channels inter alia, including the iMobile Pay app, RIB, Pockets, InstaBIZ app, Corporate Internet Banking (CIB), enabled by OU for Bharat BillPay services.

The Offer is valid only for Customer(s) who has/have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, either before or during the Offer Period.

Participation in the Offer by the Customer(s) is voluntary.

This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer(s).

The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable.

The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discounts/benefits or of any products and/or services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.

Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer(s) due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer(s). Tax Deducted at Source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer(s).

All issues/queries/complaints/grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to the Alliance Partner without any reference to ICICI Bank.

The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.

The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited, and/or on products/services for which such Offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

If the Customer(s) cease(s) to be an ICICI Bank Customer(s) at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such Customer(s).

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of products and services offered by the Alliance Partner.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the concerned Alliance Partner or Customers from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise, by the use of the Internet Banking facility.

ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of any products and services.

ICICI Bank has the right to withdraw the Offer without any prior notice.
