• The customer relationship team would answer the calls (immediate) or the emails (within 4 working hours) and direct the guest with the entire booking process
• The payment shall be processed via a secure link sent over by the customer care team.

General Terms:

•  Dedicated relationship manager will be provided with every booking to handle all customer related queries.

• The discounts offered depends on the duration of rentals and will range from 5% - 30%

• 5% off applicable for 1 month booking or less. For bookings greater than month, discount applicable is 10%, 20% for 2 months, 30% for 3 months.

• Professional decorum/behaviour is expected from the customers at all times with Hype and its crew. Any violation may result in irrevocable suspension of user benefits with Hype.
