What you get?

• The customer will receive cashback to card account on domestic flight bookings for the amount paid through ICICI Bank Credit Cards and Debit Cards only
• Offer is applicable only for ICICI Bank customers purchasing Personal Loan during the Offer Period
• The Cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s card account within 21 working days from the date of booking.

How do you get it?

• To avail of the offer, customer must enter promo code in the E-Coupon field
• This Offer is valid on ICICI Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards only
• Offer is valid for bookings made every Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from valid for Personal Loans availed from 26th October 2018 to 31st March 2019
• Offer is only valid on MakeMyTrip Android and iOS app and mobile site
• The offer is valid on 1 booking per card, per calendar month using the above offer code.

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is not valid on multi-city domestic flight bookings
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Cash On Delivery (COD), Pay Pal and Gift Card payment methods.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by the merchant

• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• Cashback offer is only valid on the eligible Bank Identification Numbers (BINs) shared by ICICI Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card-related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/cashback under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the Programme/Offer offered by the Alliance Partner/s
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Programme if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Programme or otherwise by use of the Card
• The cashback/ discount /assured gift / prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services or the assured gifts / prizes
• The Programme/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever
• In the event of any customer claims arising due to any acts and omission on the part of ICICI Bank or claims or fraud related to the Card or Internet Banking, ICICI Bank shall be liable to address such disputes.

Promo Code Offer on Foreign Exchange Services

Definition:

• “Foreign Exchange Services” shall mean forex availed by customer through buying or reloading of Travel Card at ICICI Bank Internet Banking and iMobile app
• Reloading of existing Travel Card (pre-paid card for forex) can be done instantly, anytime from anywhere in the world using ICICI Bank Internet Banking and iMobile app
• "Customer/s" shall mean a customer holding account with ICICI Bank, to whom the Offer has been granted by virtue of such customer purchasing forex for the specified threshold and above
• “Transaction rate/Conversion rate" is an exchange rate (also known as a foreign-exchange rate) between two currencies. It is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another. It is also regarded as the value of one country's currency in terms of another currency
• "Day" shall mean a period of 24 hours, starting from 12:00:00 a.m. and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. according to Indian Standard Time (IST) during the Offer Period
• “Offer” shall be defined as additional services or benefits provided by ICICI Bank, in association with third party/alliance partners
• “Promo Code” is defined as effective discount on transaction rate for the specified currency of purchase.
• “Eligible Currency” Currencies eligible are USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, SGD, GBP and EUR
• “Eligible Customer” for Promo Code is defined as an eligible customer transacted in USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, SGD, GBP and EUR for fresh purchase and reload of existing ICICI Bank Travel Card for all the Purpose of Forex
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from valid for Personal Loans availed from 26th October 2018 to 31st March 2019
• “Purpose of Forex” is defined as purpose under which customer travels and/or sends funds overseas as in consonance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) guidelines
• Offer is applicable only for ICICI Bank customers purchasing Personal Loan during the Offer Period
• Offer is applicable only for Resident customers of India.

• The Offer is valid for ICICI Bank Customers only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank

• All the personal details shall be auto populated for “Self”
• Select “Purpose of Travel”, enter “Passport number”, “Passport expiry date”, “Country of visit”, “Travel Date” & “Return Date”
• Mention “Delivery Address” and “Pin Code”
• Fill amount in respective currency for Travel Card product
• Enter Promo Code to get 50-paise/unit discount on transaction rate
• Enter grid card for authorisation and complete payment
• The Travel Card will be delivered in 2 working days. Travel Card will be loaded in one working day after receipt of document at the branch.

If customer’s existing Travel Card is not linked online

• Login to www.icicibank.com
• Click on ‘Forex & Travel Cards’ under the ‘My Accounts’ section
• Click on ‘Link Travel Card’
• Enter the requisite details
• Click on Submit
• An SR is generated and the TAT for linking of the Travel Card to the Savings Account is 1 working day

Post customer’s existing Travel Card is linked online

• Click on ‘Forex & Travel Cards’ under the ‘My Accounts’ section
• Click on ‘Reload’ tab
• All the personal details shall be auto populated
• Select “Purpose of Travel”, “Country of visit”, “Travel Date” and “Return Date”

• Enter grid card for authorisation and complete payment

Terms and Conditions governing promo code offer provided by ICICI Bank Foreign Exchange Services

These are the terms and conditions governing the promotional code offers provided by ICICI Bank (hereinafter referred to as ‘ICICI Bank’) on its foreign travel financial services through ICICI Bank's Internet Banking to its customers who shall receive the e-mail communication of the Offers on their registered e-mail ID. The participation in this Offer shall be governed by the Retail Forex Terms & Conditions and Terms and Conditions envisaged herein (‘Terms and Conditions’). Definitions:

• ‘Participant’ refers to the Travel Card and currency notes customers of ICICI Bank who have made successful transactions at Forex and Travel Cards module through Internet Banking or iMobile channels. 
• ‘Transaction’ refers to reload or purchase of Travel Card or purchase of Currency Notes made by the Participants via Internet Banking or iMobile app.
• ‘Successful Transaction’ refers to the transaction where the Travel Card of the customer is reloaded in case of reload Travel Card transaction or the Travel Card and currency notes are delivered to the beneficiary as per instructions given by the Participant.
• ‘Offer’ shall mean the discount provided to the ICICI Bank customers upon completion of Successful Transactions.
• ‘Offer Period’ refers to the time period of the Offer communicated by ICICI Bank in which the discount is valid.  ICICI Bank may extend/reduce/cancel the Offer Period at its sole discretion with or without notice. 

How to enter:

• Offer is applicable only for ICICI Bank customers purchasing Personal Loan during the Offer Period
• A promo code will be communicated to the Participant through various channels including e-mail, SMS, notifications or third party websites. The Participant can enter such promo code while doing the transaction and hence, redeem the discount.

Eligibility:

• The Offer is applicable only to those customers who are communicated through e- mail, SMS or both unless otherwise specified.
• The Successful Transaction should be completed within the Offer Period, subject to the terms and conditions governing the usage of Foreign Travel Financial Services offered by ICICI Bank.

Other Terms & Conditions

• Under the promotional Offer, upon compliance with the conditions mentioned above, the Participant/s shall be entitled to a discount from ICICI Bank for the products to which Offer is applicable.
• In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the Participant. The discount provided to the Participant will be as per the promo code applied by him/her irrespective of a better offer prevailing at the time of transaction. It shall be entirely at the discretion of ICICI Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
• The discount will be provided only if all the stated conditions for the promo code are met in the same transaction for which promo code is applied.
• No claim for discount shall be entertained offline or post completion of the transaction in case the participant does not enter the promo code at the time of executing the transaction.
• The Participant shall be awarded the discount in the same transaction during the Offer Period as soon as he/she mentions the promo code as given in the mailer while transacting through Internet Banking or iMobile app.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body, which may arise or accrue to the Participant due to the provision of the discount offer, shall be to the sole account of the Participant. Tax Deducted at Source, if any, on the monetary value of the discount offer shall be payable by the Participant.
• ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the Participant/s of the award of the discount offer hereunder.  
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any delay or defect in providing the discount offer code to the Participant on account of any reasons whatsoever including, without limitation on account of delays or failures by/ attributable to reasons beyond the control of ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank shall also not be liable for, cancelling and abandoning of the discount offer.
• Promo code provided may be temporarily discontinued due to unavoidable conditions including but not restricting to market volatility, market sensitive news etc.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.
