This offer (“Offer”) is made for residents of India (“Customers”) purchasing from Haier Brand Product (“Buying”) from authorised stores mapped with the Pine Labs, Paytm, Benow

Customer can avail up to 22.5% cashback on Haier Products purchased from Authorised stores and Haier D2C website.

The Offer is valid from 1st Apr’23 till 30^th June’23

The offer is applicable on ICICI Credit Cards and Debit cards only.

The offer is not applicable on ICICI Amazon Cards.

Offer applicable on EMI and Non-EMI Transactions through Credit Cards and only EMI Transactions through Debit Cards.

The Offer is applicable on Transactions done through Pine Labs, Paytm, Benow and Haier D2C website.

The EMI’s options will be No Cost and Low Cost Both where in 3 months, the EMI will be No Cost & in 6 months and above there will be Low Cost EMI’s.

1% Customer Buy Down will be applicable in all 6 Months EMI Transactions

2% Customer Buy Down will be applicable in all 9 months and above EMI Transactions.

The offline offer is only available on transactions done through above aggregators.

The maximum amount of cashback is Rs. 12,500/- (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred only)

The amount of Cash back printed on the charge slip would be applicable and will be considered final.

Instant Cashback is also applicable on selected dealers.

The customers are advised to retain the charge slip till the receipt of the cash back amount and in case of any dispute, the amount mentioned on the charge slip would be considered as final

Valid on Easy EMI transactions done on "Brand EMI" option.

For cash back eligibility, transaction should happen under Brand EMI option on Plutus machines only for Pine Labs and Paytm EDC Machines only.

The Customer can avail cash back only on 1 (one) transaction per card per month during the offer period.

The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90 (ninety) days from the end of transaction month and credited to Customer’s card account on best effort basis. Under the current circumstances, it might delay also.

GST on the Interest Amount will not be reversed.

Instant reversal of Interest Amount is also there on selected dealers.

PF will be applicable as per the Bank’s discretion and it will be non-reversible.

The present terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation of, the cardholder agreement entered with the Bank.

In event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Offer and the cardholder agreement, terms of Offer shall prevail.

All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with Bank.

All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the product & services in the store should be taken up directly with Haier & Stores.

The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encash able.

All purchase made under this Offer shall be subject to terms & conditions of availability of these products at Haier Stores. The offer is valid till the stock lasts.

Offer is not applicable on Corporate, NRI Credit Cards and ICICI Amazon Bin Cards.

In case of partial/full cancellation/return of the purchased product, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.

Haier and Respective Bank reserve the right to extend withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.

Bank and Haier reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.

All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. Bank and Haier will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Bank reserves the right to deny the Offers

Bank and Haier shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.

The liability of Bank towards the Customer under this Offer shall not exceed the amount of cashback printed on the charge slip.

Haier & Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

By purchase through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer

In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of the Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.

Confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary;

Unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions

Consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by partner with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Haier to the Customer, in future.
