1. Alliance Partner" shall mean Haier who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.

2. “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

3. "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card Credit card and/or ICICI Bank Debit Card and/or ICICI Bank Prepaid card any other card issued by ICICI Bank

4. "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

5. “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit/Credit Card

6. “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 30-Jun-24 both days inclusive.

7. "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the outlet on POS machine used at the time of the transaction.

8. "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s Credit/Debit card EMIs facility/service.

9. “Products/Services” shall mean the products offered by the Alliance Partner at its stores.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these

Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

• Make payments using ICICI Bank Credit card, Credit or Debit Card EMI.

1. This offer (“Offer”) is made for residents of India (“Customers”) purchasing from Haier Brand Product (“Buying”) from authorised stores mapped with the Pine Labs and Paytm

2. Customer can avail up to 20% cashback on Haier Products purchased from Authorised stores.

4. The offer is applicable on ICICI CC EMI, DC EMI and ICICI Credit Card Full Swipe Transactions only excluding Amazon CBCC.

6. The offer is valid only on Transactions thru Pine Labs and Paytm EDC

7. The offer is only available on purchase through above mentioned aggregators only and on Haier E-store through Pine Labs payment gateway.

8. The maximum amount of cashback is Rs. 12,000/- (Twelve Thousand rupees only)

9. The amount of Cash back printed on the charge slip would be applicable and will be considered final.

10. The customers are advised to retain the charge slip till the receipt of the cash back amount and in case of any dispute, the amount mentioned on the charge slip would be considered as final

11. Valid on Easy EMI transactions done on "Brand EMI" option.

12. For cash back eligibility, transaction should happen under Brand EMI option on Plutus machines only for Pine Labs and Paytm EDC Machines only.

13. The Customer can avail cash back only on 1 (one) transaction per card per month during the offer period.

14. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of the ICICI to consider any exceptions to the above.

15. The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90 (ninety) days from the end of transaction month and credited to Customer’s card account on best effort basis. Under the current circumstances, it might delay also.

16. GST on the Interest Amount will not be reversed.

17. The present terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation of, the cardholder agreement entered with the ICICI.

18. In event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Offer and the cardholder agreement, terms of Offer shall prevail.

19. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with ICICI.

20. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the product & services in the store should be taken up directly with Haier & Stores.

21. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encash able.

22. All purchase made under this Offer shall be subject to terms & conditions of availability of these products at Haier Stores. The offer is valid till the stock lasts.

23. Offer is not applicable on Corporate, NRI Credit Cards

24. In case of partial/full cancellation/return of the purchased product, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.

25. Haier and ICICI reserve the right to extend withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.

26. Haier and ICICI reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.

27. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. ICICI and Haier will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

28. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, ICICI reserves the right to deny the Offer.
