“OfferPeriod” shall mean the period commencing from July 10, 2022 to March 31, 2023 both days inclusive.

“VoidTransactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.
