Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance partner” shall mean Amazon, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing Gift card.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account maintained with ICICI Bank for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• "Offer" shall mean gift card provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products/services using ICICI Bank Netbanking services.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 21, 2016 to August 15, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" URL’s of the "Alliance partner’s Affiliate Merchants". Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner" i.e. www.amazon.co.in
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This offer is available only for the customers subscribing for My Money.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Net Banking User shall be required to subscribe for My Money. Kindly note that trial period for my money is one month. Once it is over Rs. 300 will be auto-debited from user’s saving account as annual subscription charge.
• The code and link to redeem the code will be shared, via secured mailbox and SMS within 30 days after the trial period is over.
• In order to redeem the gift card the customer shall be required to transact online on the Alliance Partner’s website. Steps to redeem the code as mentioned below.

The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria

Offer Period: July 21, 2016 to August 15, 2016.

III. Steps To Avail The Offer

• Log on to www.icicibank.com using your Internet Banking User ID and Password.
• Select My Money under Exclusive Offerings tab.
• Click on 'Go to My Money' to start using My Money.
• You will receive the Amazon gift card in your secured mailbox or by SMS, within 30 days of subscribing to My Money.
• Redeem the promo code at http://www.amazon.in and shop for your favourite brands! Steps to redeem the gift card on Amazon site are as follows:
  • Go on www.amazon.in/addgiftcard
  • Login by giving required credentials.
  • Click on sign in using secure server.
  • Enter the gift card code, and click on Add to your account.
  • Balance is now added to your Amazon account.
  • When you purchase any product, On the payment method page check if the gift card is selected in ‘Your available balance’.
  • Click on continue button on top right hand side.
  • The balance now will be deducted from your account.
  • Order is placed and will be delivered to you in mentioned time period.
  • You can use your gift card balance across multiple purchases. The remaining after every purchase will stay in your gift card account for your next purchase.
  • If the amount of purchase is more than your available balance in gift card account then you can use any other payment method to pay the same.

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partne.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction..
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the offer without any prior notice.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the GV, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner(amazon.in). In case of non-receipt of GV , please contact ICICI bank customer care within 60 days of subscription.

V. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by Amazon

• Amazon.in Gift Cards, are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. Gift Cards including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of activation..
• Gift cards can be redeemed against all products available on Amazon.in except another Amazon.in gift card(s), Other Open-Loop Gift Cards..
• Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer’s Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid with by credit card, net banking or, debit card or, cash on delivery.
• Gift cards can be combined with any other promotional offer available on Amazon.i.
• Gift Cards are available in denominations ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 50,00.
• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
• QwikCilver, Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) or their affiliates are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
