I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. as “www.engrave.in”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and/or ICICI Bank Debit and/or any other card issued by ICICI Bank
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s)/cash back provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of service/s using ICICI Bank Card, during the Offer Period on the Website
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October1st, 2013 to September 30th ,2014, both days inclusive
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s card
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance partner

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• Offer 1: Get 20 off on canvas prints above Rs.1000 (coupon code ICICICAN)
• Offer 2: Get 12.5% off on all orders above Rs.700 (coupon code ICICID125)

III :  OFFER REDEMPTION PROCESS:

• Come to the website http://engrave.in
• Meet the above mentioned criteria and use any one of the Coupon Codes, you can use only 1 coupon per transaction
• Pay using your ICICI Bank Debit or Credit cards only.

IV : A. TERMS & CONDITIONS BY ALLIANCE PARTNER

Engrave.in is a brand name and website owned and operated by Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd.

• The offer is valid on purchase of all products on engrave.in from 1st October 2013 to March 31st , 2014 both days inclusive
• Discounts availed by using the Promo Code will be nullified in case of any cancellations / amendments
• Purchase have to be made online on the website http://engrave.in
• Offer is further to the terms mentioned on http://engrave.in
• The promo code can be availed once per transaction. However, they can be used multiple times by a single person for multiple transactions only during the prescribed period
• The promo codes will be accepted only if the payment is made from ICICI Bank Net Banking or ICICI Bank Credit, Debit or Prepaid card
• The offer is valid on purchase only select products as explicitly prescribed in the offer
• To avail the discount on engrave.in, the ICICI Bank net banking user/Credit card user should enter the promo code to avail the offer. If the ICICI Bank net banking user fails to enter the promo code, the customer will not be eligible for the discount
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on engrave.in
• The ICICI Bank cardholder will be required to make payment as per the price quoted by Alliance partner on engrave.in
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the Customer
• Prior to using the engrave.in website, the Customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the Account holder agrees to abide by the same. The Customer shall be required to give personal information and account details online for the products purchased on engrave.in The ICICI Bank user should read and understand the privacy policy for the Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd., prior to providing such information
• Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
• ICICI Bank and Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• ICICI Bank Cardholders are advised to go through the privacy policy for the Engrave.in, prior to providing such information
• Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at anytime to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this ICICI Promotion Offer, or to replace, wholly or in part, this ICICI Promotion Offer by another Promotion/ Offer, whether similar to this ICICI Promotion Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd.'s decision in this regard shall be final
• All decisions of Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. regarding running / process / results, of the promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this promotion, including you. No appeals will be entertained in this regard
• In the event of circumstances arising outside of Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd.'s control, which in Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd.'s opinion make it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel the Offer, Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel the Offer at any time without any notice
• If Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. has suspicion or knowledge, that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to this ICICI Promotion Offer, Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants. Any entrant user of the Engrave.in website who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves all the rights including but not limited to suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id and disregard and remove of the activity by the errant Engrave.in User and its related user id's on Engrave.in Website and related presence on social media
• Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human not-error whatsoever e.g. wrong promotion number being entered by you or you being logged out of system
• Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed data, communication. Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. reminds you of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human not-error, things outside the control of Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. that may affect entry/participation to the ICICI Promotion Offer
• You understand and agree that participation in the Offer is good and sufficient consideration for you to agree and be bound by these Terms and Conditions
• Any and all taxes, including without any limitation income tax (if any) applicable on this Offer and the rewards / benefits thereto shall be borne by you and you shall deposit the applicable amount of taxes (if any) to Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd (Engrave.in) / contract administrator / applicable governmental authorities before user could avail any benefits, unless otherwise mandated under the applicable laws
• All Gift Code should be redeemed within the promotion period only
• All communications with you will be, on your email (ID registered on Engrave.in website) only
• The benefits under the Offer CANNOT be clubbed with other offers running on the Engrave.in, including vouchers or any other offer available on the Engrave.in
• The employees and the immediate family members of the employees of Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. and its associate companies are NOT eligible to participate in the Offer
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction

IV : B. ICICI BANK: TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The Offer, details of which are provided herein above, is provided by Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. only
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the said offer offered by Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd.  Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. directly without any reference to ICICI Bank
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services /offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card
• The discount offer/said offer is sponsored by Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd. and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Craftby Products Pvt. Ltd.  in this regard
• No substitutions or exchange of offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the offer or any of them on account of non-availability of assured gift / gift vouchers, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the offer
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers/programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever
