Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "icicibankpay user" shall mean a person who has used ICICI Bank service/s on Twitter using icicibankpay service with registered mobile number and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "icicibankpay service(s)" shall mean using icicibankpay for prepaid mobile recharge, fund transfer, check balance and view the last 3 transactions and other services offered to icicibankpay users.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s)/benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on user registration on icicibankpay, during the Offer Period.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 02, 2016 to November 30, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to icicibankpay.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• Register for icicibankpay and get a free coffee.
• This Offer is available on completion of registration on icicibankpay by new users of icicibankpay only. The registration will be counted on unique registration basis. i.e. customers of ICICI Bank who have registered for the first time as icicibankpay users will only be counted. If the customer de-registers and re-registers he/she will not be counted.
• Participation in the Offer by the icicibankpay users on a voluntary basis.
• The icicibankpay user/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the icicibankpay users by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• Cappuccino Voucher Number ("Code") will be sent to icicibankpay users net banking Secured mailbox within 30 days of registration.

How to redeem?

• You will receive a welcome SMS within 21 days of registration along with Cappuccino Voucher Number
• For your free Cappuccino code, SMS ICICIBP followed by the Voucher number to 09902391200
• You will receive your Cappuccino code within 24 hours of sending the SMS to the above mentioned number
• Flash this Cappuccino code received via SMS at one of the most popular coffee chains prior to billing.
• Offer code valid till November 30, 2016.

III. Terms Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Code cannot be redeemed on public and bank holidays
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• Offer is not exchangeable for cash or for sale
• Maximum one voucher can be registered per mobile number
• If your mobile is registered under the “Do Not Disturb” registry, you will not receive any registration SMS. However, once you register via SMS, you can call 080- 40554840 to place a request for Code.
• Concierge lines are open only from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM and are closed on weekends, public and bank holidays
• Under this Offer, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank Limited is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Code and the prize offered with this Code.

IV. General Terms

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the icicibankpay user/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the icicibankpay user/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the icicibankpay user/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited (Phone Banking & Correspondence Unit), ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032"._
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the icicibankpay user ceases to be an icicibankpay at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the icicibankpayuser.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss / damage / claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods / services availed of by the eligible icicibankpay user under the Offer.
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Eligible icicibankpay User with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• It is not available for any icicibankpay user who ceases to be the icicibankpay user at any time or re-registers as an Eligible icicibankpay User during the Offer.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
