Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• “Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet on the Pockets app by ICICI Bank and is an Indian Resident.
• "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI bank customers and non ICICI bank customers can get onboarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account customer/s, onboarding can be done through their ICICI Bank internet banking user ID and password whereas for non ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name, email ID, DOB and gender and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
• "Offer" shall mean giving a cashback on a successfully completing the KYC norms on Pockets.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from February 1, 2018 and ending on April 30, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking facility/service.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
• "Website" shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank. i.e. www.icicibank.com/pockets

II. Offer Construct

• All NON ICICI Bank customers who have successfully completed full KYC norms is eligible for the offer
• Offer is valid till April 30, 2018
• Offer valid after the KYC norms are completed
• Offer amount is Rs.50(fifty) flat cashback.
• The cashback is over and above the normal offers that are running for the services
• Offer is valid for Non-ICICI Bank customers only
• Cashback will be credited within 15 (fifteen) working days after updating KYC details
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• In order to participate in the Offer,
• Log on to your Pockets wallet app and click on KYC
• Select the type of upgrade you want to do
• Minimum KYC lets you choose 6 different Government IDs (Pan Card, Driving License, Passport, Voters ID, Aadhar number and NREGA job card). Click on any one and update your details. You will be KYC complaint for a year, within which you have to complete your full KYC
• Full KYC lets you get an appointment for an agent to come meet you for collecting Aadhar verification. You have to fill in the time and address for the agent to meet you. You will receive a 6-digit Unique Reference Number to be disclosed to the agent when he comes to meet you.
• Once the full KYC is updated the cashback of Rs.50 will be credited on Pockets.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from February 1, 2018 and ending on April 30, 2018, both days inclusive
• Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer
• For Non-ICICI Bank customers, cashback will be credited to the wallet only if KYC has been completed for the wallet (either minimum KYC or biometric KYC)

III. Terms Prescribed for the Offer

• All services offered are at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
• The participation in the program is entirely voluntary and that the participation by the Referrer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein, ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice to vary, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate the offer Program, without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. Further, ICICI Bank has the discretion to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute, and its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
• All claims against ICICI Bank, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• In case there is more than one Offer available simultaneously, no two Offers can be combined by the non ICICI Bank Customer. It shall be entirely at the discretion of ICICI Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
• Wallets with status as lost/stolen/blocked will not be eligible for this Offer.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the non ICICI Bank Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the non ICICI Bank Customer.
• All communication / queries with regard to this Offer should be addressed directly on pockets@icicibank.com
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or non ICICI Bank Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• If the non ICICI Bank Customer ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such non ICICI Bank Customer.
• The Offer enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable. ICICI Bank reserves the right to change the cashback offered under this Offer at any point of time without informing the non ICICI Bank Customer/s.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the cashback to any non ICICI Bank Customer/s where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the non ICICI Bank Customer/s of the award of the cashback hereunder.
• The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
• The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the terms and conditions governing the usage of the services offered by ICICI Bnk as set out in the Website.
• Reminder mails will not be sent to recipients by ICICI Bank.
• For Void Transactions, no cashback will be given.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the cashback under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by non ICICI Bank Customer/s under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the cashback.

IV. Terms Prescribed by The Program

• The offer is to provide a flat Rs. 50 cashback on completing the full KYC norms
• The details are provided in the “Offers Section” provided above.

V. Terms and Conditions For Rewards

• Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer.
