Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet on the Pockets app by ICICI Bank and is an Indian Resident.
• "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI Bank customers and Non-ICICI Bank customers can get onboarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account customer(s), onboarding can be done through their ICICI Bank Internet Banking User ID and Password whereas for Non-ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name, e-mail ID, DOB and gender and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
• "Offer" shall mean giving Rs.100 cashback on a transaction at IRCTC through ‘Scan and Pay’ in Pockets app / iMobile.
• "iMobile Application" refers to the mobile application of ICICI Bank which can be downloaded from App Stores of iOS/Android/Blackberry/Windows to avail products and services offered by ICICI Bank through the mobile application
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking facility/service.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
• "Website" shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank. i.e. icicibank.com/pockets

Offer

• Pay for your ticket on IRCTC using ‘Scan to pay’ on iMobile or Pockets & get Rs. 100 cashback.

Please note:

• Offer is applicable for iMobile/ Pockets customers using ‘Scan to Pay’ to make the payment on IRCTC
• No monthly limit on the transactions per user
• No minimum recharge amount is required to avail the offer
• Cashback will be credited within 30 days of successful transaction
• Offer is valid for up to 500,000 qualifying transactions

General Terms and Conditions:

• This Special Offer is not redeemable for cash equivalent or any other items/offers.
• This Special Offer cannot be clubbed with any other facility and/or offer made available at IRCTC.
• IRCTC reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever, to add or vary all or any of the terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this promotional scheme or to withdraw it completely or to change the composition of the Special Offer.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Eligible Customer, IRCTC is the sole provider of all goods and/or services i.e. train tickets under this offer. Accordingly, the Eligible customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between IRCTC and him/her.
• Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable in relation to the Special Offer shall be solely borne by the Eligible Customers.
• The customer agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless, IRCTC, its respective affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Special Offer.
• The terms of the Offer shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate and/or settle any disputes in connection with the Special Offer.
• IRCTC reserves the right to forfeit the Special Offer in the event it is found by IRCTC that any information provided by the Eligible Customers is wrong or any misrepresentation is made by them.
• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Eligible customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
• I. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature, including in relation to personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission, arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the Eligible Customer of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall be settled by the Eligible Customer directly with IRCTC, and the Eligible Customer shall not make any Claim against Visa.
• II. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the payment, attempted payment, chargeback, cash back or any other payment related issue faced by the Eligible Customer shall be settled by the Eligible Customer directly with IRCTC or the Issuing Bank.
• III. Eligible Customer are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer. Any participation by the Eligible Customer shall be voluntary.
• This Special Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any other circumstance beyond the control of IRCTC such as technical failures in the telephone lines, failure of servers or any mistakes arising out of technical snags. By availing this Offer, it shall be construed that the customer has read, understood, accepted and agreed to abide with all the terms and condition stated hereunder.
• Information about the Offer is correct at the time of publication. Eligible Customer can refer to the latest set of Terms and Conditions as available on IRCTC’s website.

I. Terms and Conditions for the Offer

• All services offered are at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer.
• The cash received in the wallet can be used for any Pockets related transactions that includes transactions on the app, on ecommerce websites or at POS terminals.
• All communication / queries with regard to this Offer should be addressed directly on pockets@icicibank.com
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused during the process of cashback.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products / Services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.
