Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet on Android or iOS devices
• "Offer" shall refer to winning a daily or monthly prize as a part of “Pockets festive offer” as described in offer section
• "Offer valid" from 12^th October 2016 till 31^st October 2016 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking/Pockets facility/service
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
• "Eligible" transactions are those successful transactions which are of value Rs 100 and above and is used for shopping online, shopping at stores, bill pay, mobile and DTH recharge transactions using Pockets wallet
• "Website" shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank. i.e. www.icicibank.com/pockets

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

 II. Offer

• Customers will be eligible for the following daily and monthly prizes as described by the "Pockets festive offer" construct below:

Daily Prizes

JBLT200 Headset (Black): Customer who completes maximum number of successful eligible transactions each day, from 12^th to 21^st October will win a JBLT200 Headset (Black)

*Customers who have won a daily prize within the offer period 12^th to 21^st October will not be eligible to win another daily prize within the offer period from 12^th to 21^st October

JBL Go Wireless speaker: Customer who completes maximum number of successful eligible transactions each day, from 22^nd to 31^st October will win a JBL Go Wireless Speaker

*Customers who have won a daily prize within the offer period 22^nd  to 31^st October will not be eligible to win another daily prize within the offer period from 22^nd to 31^st October, however customers who have won a daily prize between 12^th to 21^st October will be eligible to win one more daily prize between 22^nd to 31^st October

Monthly Prizes

Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB External Hard Disk: Top ten customers who complete maximum number of successful eligible transactions for the offer period 12^th to 31^st October will win a Seagate Backup Plus 1TB External Hard Disk

Customers who have won a daily prize either in period 12^th to 21^st October or 22^nd to 31^st October, or won a daily prized in both periods mentioned will also be eligible for winning a monthly prize as described above.

**Transactions counted towards daily or monthly prize are as per conditions mentioned in offer details below.

• Prizes will be sent to the address updated within the Pockets App and customer must ensure the correct address is entered

In case customer has not entered correct address he may update address by going to Services > Update Pockets Address within the Pockets App

• For a transaction to be counted towards the Pockets festive offer, it must be of minimum transaction value Rs.100.
• Offer valid only on shopping online, shopping at stores, bill pay, mobile and DTH recharge transactions using Pockets wallet
• Transactions where customer funds other e wallets and their affiliated websites will not be considered as an eligible transaction
• Fund transfer transactions and wallet funding will not be eligible for the offer
• If there is a tie between two customers, time of the transaction will be noted to decide on the winner. The first customer to do so will be eligible for the reward
• No offer can be clubbed along with "Pockets festive offer"
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

III. Terms and Conditions of the Offer

• Any images used in promotions are for illustration purpose only.
• Prizes will be delivered within 60 working days from the day on which the customer has won a daily or monthly prize and will be delivered to Pockets address updated within the App
• ICICI Bank will not be liable for wrong or incorrect address updated in the Pockets App and the customers are requested to make sure the correct address is updated since the goods will be delivered to this address
• Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer
• In case the transaction fails for any reason customer shall not be eligible for the offer
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / queries with regard to this Offer should be addressed directly on pockets@icicibank.com
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the prizes won through this offer.
• ICICI Bank will not be held liable if the goods are damaged or not in working condition.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products / Services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.
