Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank’s Pockets App customer" shall mean a person who has ICICI Bank’s Pocket app on their phones.
• "Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean a Debit Card or Pockets Prepaid Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Pockets app, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 19 to December 27, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s Pockets App.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

• You will receive a welcome SMS within 21 days of registration along with Cappuccino Voucher Number
• For your free Cappuccino code, SMS POCKETS <space> followed by the Voucher number to 09902391200
• Flash this Cappuccino code received via SMS at any participating café prior to billing.
• Offer code valid till December 27, 2016.

III. Terms & Conditions prescribed by the partner:

• Code cannot be redeemed on public and bank holidays
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• Offer is not exchangeable for cash or for sale
• Maximum one voucher can be registered per mobile number
• If your mobile is registered under the “Do Not Disturb” registry, you will not receive any registration SMS. However, once you register via SMS, you can call 080-40554840 to place a request for Cappuccino code.
• Concierge lines are open only from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM and are closed on weekends, public and bank holidays
