Terms and Condition

I. Definition

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Oxigen Services India Private Limited who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for the purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Eligible icicibankpay User" shall mean a person:
• Who holds an ICICI Bank savings bank account; and
• Has registered on icicibankpay Services as a first time user; and
• Registers and uses the Prepaid Mobile Recharge Service for the first time.
• "icicibankpay Service(s)" shall mean twitter banking services of ICICI Bank offered to Eligible icicibankpay User.
• "Offer" shall mean offer as detailed under part II of this Terms and Conditions.
• "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from April 23, 2016 to July 31, 2016, (both days inclusive).
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s twitter banking facility/service.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• "Prepaid Mobile Recharge Service or Service" shall mean prepaid mobile recharge facility made available by ICICI Bank through icicibankpay Services.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available to Eligible icicibankpay Users on their first registration as an Eligible icicibankpay User and first Prepaid Mobile Recharge using icicibankpay Service during the Offer Period.
• Eligible icicibankpay User who successfully performs a Prepaid Mobile Recharge transaction shall be eligible for Rs.50 extra recharge value on a minimum recharge of Rs.100 and Rs.25 extra recharge value on recharge value of less than Rs.100.This Rs.50/Rs25 extra recharge value will be credited within 20 days to the mobile number which the Eligible icicibankpay User recharges using this icicibankpay Service.
• This Offer is valid only for the Eligible icicibankpay User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

III. Other Terms and Conditions

• Kindly refer to www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/insta-banking/internet-banking/twitter-banking/index.page for details on registration on icicibankpay Services and Prepaid Mobile Recharge Service.
• The participation by the Eligible icicibankpay User shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• It is not available for any icicibankpay user who ceases to be the icicibankpay user at any time or re-registers as an Eligible icicibankpay User during the Offer.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited (Phone Banking & Correspondence Unit), ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032".
• The decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects on all matters relating or in connection with this Offer.
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Eligible icicibankpay User with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss / damage / claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods / services availed of by the Eligible icicibankpay User under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer or discontinue the Offer at any time without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Eligible icicibankpay User and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is not available for products / services as such offers cannot be made available as per law or as per ICICI Bank policy for any reason whatsoever.
