Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance partner" shall mean Jade eServices Pvt Ltd, hereby referred to as "Jabong", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using Pockets by ICICI bank services or holds a valid Pockets shopping card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI bank customers and non ICICI bank customers can get onboarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account customer/s, onboarding can be done through their ICICI Bank internet banking user ID and password whereas for non ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name and address along with pin code, and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
• "Pockets Wallet" It refers to ICICI Bank virtual semi closed prepaid instrument having a monthly transaction limit of Rs, 10000/-.
• "Application" refers to Pockets mobile application of ICICI Bank which can be downloaded from iOS App Store and Google Play store for Android mobile operating systems to avail products and services offered by ICICI Bank through this mobile application
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using Pockets wallet.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 00:01 hrs on 011th September 2015 till 10:00 hrs on 14th September 2015.
• "Website" shall mean the following "site" of the Alliance partner www.jabong.com or Jabong mobile app
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms and Conditions for the offer:

• All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:01 hrs on 011th September 2015 till 10:00 hrs on 14th September 2015 shall be considered under this Offer.
• 10% cash back amount will be calculated and will be processed in your Pockets card by 75 days from the date of transaction.
• Amount will be credited in your Pockets card latest by 25th Nov 2015. Customers can connect with Jabong.com (0124- 6128000)
• Customers would be able to avail maximum cash back of Rs. 300 per Pockets wallet during the offer term.
• The Cashback amount will be calculated on the net transaction value.
• Cashback amount will be credited in your Pockets card latest by 25th Nov 2015. Please reach out to Jabong.com (0124- 6128000)
• In the event orders are cancelled or returned, the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
• In the event sub-orders are cancelled or returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of Cashback.
• The offer is valid only on usage of Pockets by ICICI Bank
• To avail the cashback offer, the entire payment amount needs to be done by Pockets by ICICI Bank card. No cash alternative available. Partial payment by Jabong Credit or eGiftVoucher is not applicable
• The offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The offer is not valid for void transactions
• All offers are subject to Jabong terms and conditions as stated on the offers page.
• This offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis. Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever

III. Terms and Conditions for Pockets:

• The Offer is provided by the Alliance Partner and Pockets user(s) shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard
• The Offer is valid only Pockets users selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the Pockets User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the "Alliance partner"
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Pockets user(s) from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the alliance or otherwise by use of the Card
• ICICI Bank is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/utilised by the Pockets user under this offer.
• Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. ICICI Bank shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Pockets user under this offer. ICICI Bank reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
