Terms and Condition

These Offer Terms #1 (“Offer Terms”) are entered into and made a part of the Agreement between Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (for the purposes of the Offer Terms, "Amazon") and ICICI Bank Limited (for the purposes of the Offer Terms, "Bank"), with an effective date of 22nd July, 2015 (the "Agreement") for the Offer described below. All capitalized terms not defined in the Offer Terms have the respective meanings set forth in the Agreement. To the extent that the terms of the Offer Terms conflict with any of the terms of the Agreement, and the Offer Terms explicitly state that it intends to modify the conflicting terms, the Offer Terms supersede the Agreement. The Offer Terms shall not be amended except by written agreement signed by both the parties.

I. Description of the Offer

• The Bank shall provide 20% cash back to the Bank's Pockets App customers(“customers”), with for purchases made on the Amazon.in website from 22nd to 25th July, 2015.
• The Offer, unless extended mutually by both the parties in writing, is valid only from 22nd to 25th July, 2015 (the "Offer Duration").
• The Offer shall be made available to the customers in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Schedule 1 to these Offer Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions set forth in Schedule 1 to these Offer Terms solely clarify the terms of the Offer as applicable between the customers and the Bank, and Amazon shall, at no point in time, be held liable for any dispute, claim etc. arising out of or in connection with the terms set forth in Schedule 1 to these Offer Terms.

II. Offer Terms and Conditions

• This marketing program ("Offer") is from ICICI Bank ("ICICI") under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon"). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and ICICI bank pockets account and to whom a communication is sent by the Bank ("Cardholder").
• The validity of the Offer ("Validity of the Offer") is from 22nd to 25th July 2015 and shopping on the Amazon website using Pockets account, unless extended by ICICI and/or Amazon.
• The offer is not valid on purchase of gift cards or gold coins.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by Amazon.
• ICICI reserves the right to disqualify the Account Holder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the account.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• ICICI and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
• ICICI bank customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by ICICI to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
• Offer not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
