Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet on the Pockets app by ICICI Bank and is an Indian Resident.
• "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI bank customers and non ICICI bank customers can get onboarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account customer/s, onboarding can be done through their ICICI Bank internet banking user ID and password whereas for non ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name and address along with pin code, and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
• "Offer" shall mean funding customer’s Pockets wallet with a value of Rs. 100 on adding funds of Rs 500 or more to the Pockets wallet for the first time, during the Offer Period on the Pockets app.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from August 21, 2015 and ending on August 31, 2015, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking facility/service.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank. i.e. www.icicibank.com/pockets.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• All customers who have never funded their Pockets wallet before offer period will receive additional Rs 100 in their Pockets wallet, on adding funds of Rs 500 or more but not exceeding an amount of Rs. 9,900, to their Pockets wallet for the first time, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• In order to participate in the Offer,
  • Customer should never have added funds in their Pockets wallet, before the mentioned offer period.
  • Customers who add funds of Rs. 500 or more to their wallet for the first time, during the offer period will be eligible for the extra Rs.100 offer.
  • Minimum Rs.500 must be added to the wallet for the first time, during the offer period to get Rs. 100 extra.
• In order to add funds to the Pockets wallet, the Customer/s would be required to follow the steps below:
• Login to Pockets app with registered user ID and password.
• Add funds through-
  • Linked ICICI Bank savings account option within the app.
  • Other Modes option within the app through any bank’s debit card.
  • Other Modes option within the app through any bank’s net banking.
  • Funds transfer to Pockets wallet registered as a biller in any ICICI bank account.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

III. Terms and Conditions of the Offer

• The Offer would only be given for Customers who have onboarded onto the Pockets app and added funds of Rs.500 or more but not exceeding an amount of Rs. 9900, to the Pockets wallet for the first time, during the Offer Period.
• Any images used in promotions are for illustration purpose only.
• Eligible Customer/s shall be provided funding of Rs.100 directly in their Pockets wallet.
• Additional funding of Rs.100 will be added to the wallet within 3 working days.
• Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer.
• The Offer would only be given to first 30,000 customers loading their Pockets wallet with Rs.500 or more during the offer period.
• In case the add funds transaction fails for any reason and wallet is not credited with minimum of Rs.500, customer shall not be eligible for the offer.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer.
• The cash received in the wallet can be used for any Pockets related transactions that includes transactions on the app, on ecommerce websites or at POS terminals.
• The Pockets cash funding offer will not be applicable in case Pockets wallet is funded for more than Rs. 9,900 as the Pockets wallet limit cannot exceed Rs.10,000 at any point in time.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / queries with regard to this Offer should be addressed directly on pockets@icicibank.com.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the cash funding offer.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products / Services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.
