How to avail the Offer
To qualify for this Offer, the Customer has to make a minimum spend of Rs 3,000 or more during the Offer Period
The Offer is valid only on ICICI Bank Debit Cards
Only Point of Sale (PoS) and E-commerce transactions will be considered for spends

The Offer is not valid on ATM cash withdrawals
The Voucher will be posted based on eligibility, within 90 days after the end of the Campaign Period
Only Customers who have received the Offer communication (through E-mail/SMS/Notification) are eligible to participate.
Offer Period: Entire 2nd month following the Account Opening month (example: if the Account is opened in June 2023, the Offer Period will be from Aug 01 to Aug 31, 2023).

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions")
"Card" will mean Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank, which is valid and existing during the Programme/Offer Period
"Card Holder/s" will mean such Customer/s to whom a Card has been issued, who is authorised to hold the Card and who has received communication of the Programme from ICICI Bank through E-mail/SMS/Notification as per the discretion of the Bank

"Offer Period" will refer to the entire 2nd month following the Card Holder’s Account Opening month (example: if the Account is opened in June 2023, the Offer Period will be from Aug 01 to Aug 31, 2023). “Retail Purchase” will mean such purchase made by the Debit Card Holder/s by swiping the Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal during the Promo Period. Cash withdrawals on ATMs will not be eligible

"Debit Card Payment" will mean such purchase made by the Debit Card Holder/s using the Card through any Retailer outlet or E-commerce site or online merchant payment gateway, entering Card details during the Offer Period
Cash withdrawals on ATMs will not be eligible
"Programme" or "Offer" will consider payments made using ICICI Bank Debit Card to get the Amazon Voucher as per communication
Offer Period: Entire 2nd month following the Account Opening month (example: if the Account is opened in <June 2023>, the Offer Period will be from <Aug 01 to Aug 31, 2023>) of the Card Holder. "Primary Terms and Conditions" will mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions
"Void Transaction" will mean any transaction where the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Retail or online Merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
The Offer is valid for select Debit Card Holder/s only, who have completed Offer registration within the Offer Period. Only the customers who have received the Offer communication (E-mail/SMS/App Notification) are eligible to participate
Voucher will be given only to those who have registered for the Offer and made total spends as communicated and met the Offer criteria using their ICICI Bank Debit Card within the Offer Period
The winners will be announced within 90 days of the end of the Programme Period
Once the Card Holder/s fulfill the Offer requisites as per the offer Terms and Conditions, the Voucher will be sent through SMS or Customer’s Bank registered E-mail ID linked to the Debit Card, within 90 working days of the end of the Offer Period
A Card Holder will be entitled to only one Voucher corresponding to the total Debit Card purchases (E-com/POS purchases) during the Offer Period
The Offer is applicable for Primary Card Holder/s only and not valid for void transactions
The Offer is not valid on Wallet upload, ATM cash withdrawal, Insurance or Mutual Fund payments and Tax payments
In case of a cancelled transaction and post cancellation of transaction, the total Retail or Online Purchases by the Card Holder during the Offer Period becoming less than the eligible spends as defined for each customer set, the Voucher amount will be debited from the Card Holder’s Account if the Voucher Code has already been given
Acceptance of the Voucher by the Debit Card Holder/s constitutes permission for ICICI Bank and its Affiliates to use the Debit Card Holder/s name, photograph and other details furnished to ICICI Bank and voice and comments, for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without being liable to pay any additional charges to the Debit Card Holder/s
No queries will be entertained 90 days after the Closure Date of the Offer.
Participation in the Programme by the Debit Card Holder/s is entirely voluntary
If the Debit Card Holder/s ceases to be a Debit Card Holder/s at any time during the Programme, all the benefits under the Programme will lapse and will not be available to the Debit Card Holder/s
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai

In all matters relating to the Programme, the decision of ICICI Bank will be final and binding in all respects
These Terms will be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Debit Card of ICICI Bank. All capitalised terms used but not defined here will have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions
ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim arising out of use or otherwise, of any goods/services by the Debit Card Holder/s under the Programme
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Debit Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Programme if any fraudulent activity is carried out to avail the Programme benefits or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal
The Programme is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such Programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
