• For Offline Services – on making payment, Customers shall receive Questionnaire via registered email to fill up and provide information to Alliance Partner. Helpdesk team shall be available to assist from date of payment and shall co-ordinate with Customers and Alliance Partner’s in-house, lawyer and/or Advisors to deliver services.

• Validity of Online and Offline shall be 60 days from payment date OR delivery of Service, whichever is earlier.

• Offline Services related to Registration Offices, Court representation, Institutions at all India locations shall be delivered by Alliance Partner with its team of associated professionals.

• Alliance Partner shall be sole responsible for payment and delivery of services to the Customers of ICICI Bank.
