Customer/s shall be eligible to avail the instant discount offer only if the Customer/s fulfil the below conditions:

Upon purchasing specified products in accordance with the above, eligible Customer/s shall receive an instant discount of flat 10%, subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000.00 (For clarity, the maximum instant discount that can be availed under this instant discount offer is Rs. 1000.00 on credit card and Rs. 750.00 on debit card) (“Instant Discount Offer”).

• Customer makes payment for purchase of the specified products using selected ICICI Bank credit and debit card, as may be determined by the Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank from time to time in writing; and

• The total value of a single order for purchase of specified products on the www.AJIO.com (website as well as the mobile-based application) (“Platform”) is equal to or greater than Rs. 3500, after taking into account all applicable discounts, if any.

1. The Instant Discount Offer can be availed multiple times per each ICICI Bank credit card by the Customer/s during the Offer Period. The Instant Discount Offer will be applicable if the single order value is equal to or greater than Rs 3500 for all eligible orders.

2. The Instant Discount Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by the Alliance Partner and/or ICICI Bank.

3. The maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Instant Discount Offer is Rs. 1000.00 on each credit card and Rs. 750.00 on debit card during the entire Offer Period.

4. Offer is not applicable on usage of Amazon Pay co-branded ICICI Bank Credit card, ICICI Bank Corporate or Commercial cards and Internet Banking.

5. If the Customer/s who has availed the Instant Discount Offer, return all or part of the specified products purchased by them on the Platform, such that the value of their order falls below Rs. 3500.00, even in such cases the discounts shall be shared in the same proportion as agreed between the Parties. All products returned by the Customer/s shall be entertained solely as per the Alliance Partner’s prevailing product return policy.

7. Alliance Partner and/or ICICI Bank reserve the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Instant Discount Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Customer without any prior notice to the Customer.

8. The Instant Discount Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank may notify from time to time.

9. Participation to this Instant Discount Offer is purely voluntary.

10. This Instant Discount Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank at any point of time, including after it has been announced.

11. Alliance Partner does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Instant Discount Offer. Maximum liability of Alliance Partner is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Instant Discount Offer.

12. Instant Discount Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank and may disqualify any Customer/s from getting the benefits of this Instant Discount Offer.

13. Alliance Partner/ICICI Bank will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained by the Customer/s in connection with this Instant Discount Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Customer/s that is caused by:

    • Technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Instant Discount Offer;

    • Any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;

    • Any other events beyond Alliance Partner's/ICICI Bank’s control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Customer.

14. ICICI Bank shall solely be liable or held responsible for any issues strictly arising out of the processing of the transactions on the credit issued by ICICI Bank.

15. Alliance Partner and/or ICICI Bank do not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products/services under the Instant Discount Offer.

16. ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the specified products offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the specified products must be resolved by the Customer/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

17. Alliance Partner and/or ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the specified product purchased by the Customer/s under this Instant Discount Offer.

18. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the specified products to the Customer/s.

19. Customer/s hereby agree to indemnify and keep Alliance Partner harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by the Alliance Partner as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the Customer/s; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Customer/s’s part.

20. Customer/s agrees that, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Instant Discount Offer.

The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

• ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
