I. DEFINITIONS
- “Alliance Partner” shall mean Thyrocare Pvt Ltd herein after referred by as “Thyrocare”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
- "Card" refers to any Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or Debit Card/Prepaid/Gift card (Electron/Maestro) issued to the Cardholder by ICICI Bank in India
- "Cardholder/s" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
- “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products using ICICI Bank Debit & Credit Card during the Offer Period on the Website.
- “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October 1, 2013 till March 31, 2014, both days inclusive.
- “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
- “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.thyrocare.com/ICICI.
- “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Jade eServices Pvt Ltd www.thyrocare.com/ICICI.
II Offers :
- Profile of Tests being offered – Aarogyam 1.8 for Rs.2200/- per person actual MRP is Rs.7200/-
- Total no. of tests covered –84 test parameters
- Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
- The ICICI Bank customer/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank customer/s by the Alliance Partner.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
- The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

- The offers are inclusive of home blood sample collection (within city limits where Thyrocare service providers are located) and report delivery to customer’s home.
- Softcopies of reports mailed to clients on their registered mail ids provided during booking.
- Test reports & billing receipt – will be provided directly to client
- Final decision with regard to test results rest with Thyrocare
