5. In case of multiple eligible transactions done using ICICI Bank Credit Card, customers can avail a maximum discount of INR 1,500 across all categories.

6. Likewise, a maximum discount of INR 500 can be availed for multiple eligible transactions done across all categories using ICICI Bank Debit Card.

7. Additional Discounts on ICICI Bank Credit Cards (both full swipe and EMI trxns)

   • Additional Flat ₹1,000 off on Eligible products worth INR 25,000 and above. Applicable once per card across Mobiles, Large Appliances, Electronics, Furniture & Travel.

   • Additional Flat ₹2,500 off on Eligible products worth INR 50,000 and above. Applicable once per card across Mobiles, Large Appliances & Electronics.

8. In case of a cancelled order, the offer may take upto 24 hours to refresh for the customer to utilize it again.

9. In the event the customer returns any/all products in the order placed during the Offer Period, thereby not maintaining the minimum purchase value, as required to avail the Offer, he/she shall not be eligible for the Offer. Accordingly, the amount availed as a discount under the Offer shall stand deducted from any refund(s) processed for the returned product(s).

Is the offer applicable on all ICICI Bank Transactions?

• This Offer is applicable on all ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards (including Credit EMI transactions) except for transactions made using ICICI Bank Amazon Pay, Corporate or Commercial Credit cards.

• Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking.

• Offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Card starting with the first six digit 431581 on the card.

• The offer can be redeemed only in serviceable pin codes as per Government guidelines.

Will I get the offer if I pay using ICICI Bank Card via PhonePe?

No. This Offer will NOT apply on payments made from ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Card via PhonePe Payment option.

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

Yes, you can avail the offer and the offer will only apply on the amount paid through ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards (both full swipe and EMI trxns) against the eligible product(s). Also, this amount should be equal to or more than INR 1,500 for Fashion, INR 2,500 for Grocery and INR 5,000 for other categories. 

Is there a limit on the number of transactions?

• There is no limit on the number of transactions.

• For trxns done using credit cards, you can avail up to a maximum discount of INR 200 on Fashion, INR 300 on Grocery, INR 1,000 on Mobiles and INR 1,500 on other categories per Card. However, a maximum discount of INR 1,500 can be availed across all categories combined.

2. Cardholders are eligible to get an Instant Discount of 10% up to a maximum discount of INR 300 per credit card (“Discount”) on the purchase of products from all categories using ICICI Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period.

3. The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (NCV). The minimum NCV to avail this Offer on Fashion is INR 1,500, Grocery is INR 2,500 and on other categories is INR 5,000. NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.

4. For trxns done using credit cards, you can avail up to a maximum discount of INR 200 on Fashion, INR 300 on Grocery, INR 1,000 on Mobiles and INR 1,500 on other categories per Card.

5. For trxns done using debit cards, you can avail up to a maximum discount of INR 200 on Fashion, INR 300 on Grocery and INR 500 on other categories per Card.

17. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers on the Platform and accordingly, the ICICI Bank, Flipkart Advanz or Flipkart in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.

18. Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Flipkart or by Flipkart Advanz.

19. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer

ICICI Bank and Flipkart Advanz will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by seller(s) on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of such seller(s) and without reference to ICICI Bank and Flipkart Advanz.

21. The Cardholder agrees that ICICI Bank, Flipkart, Flipkart Advanz or the seller(s) shall not be liable for any transaction failure issues.

22. By participating in this Offer you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer, standard terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy (as amended from time to time) of the Platform, any other documents as may be applicable while using the Platform and the terms and conditions of the respective seller shall be applicable on the Cardholder.

23. The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Flipkart, Flipkart Advanz, ICICI Bank and/ or seller(s) harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart, ICICI Bank and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.

24. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time of the respective Offer.

25. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

26. Any dispute arising out of the offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai, India.

27. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective sellers and neither Flipkart Advanz nor ICICI Bank shall be in any way responsible for the same.

28. This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such a Cardholder shall be 18 years.

29. Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardholder makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs. 2,00,000, the Cardholder will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardholder will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardholder, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card.

30. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

31. In the event the Flipkart App is downloaded from Apple’s App Store, note that Apple’s App Store is only an app downloading platform and in no way, shape or form, Apple is responsible/involved for any contest/offer being run on the Flipkart App

• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
