I. Definitions

• "Alliance partner" shall mean Ezone as "ezoneonline.in", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Cardholder" shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean Debit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit/cashback provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 01, 2015 to September 30,2015 , both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following ""website"" of the "Alliance partner" www.ezoneonline.in.
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service .
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

Offer 1: Shop for Rs. 20,000 or less get Flat 5% off.

• Maximum Discount Rs. 1,000.

Offer 2: Shop for more than Rs. 20,000 get Flat 10% off.

• Use Coupon Code: ICIC1 to avail the discount. 
• Maximum Discount Rs. 2,500.

Offer Period : This Offer shall be valid from : July 01, 2015 to September 30,2015 

The availability of the offer to the customer is on the following premises:

• Valid to ICICI bank Credit / Debit cardholders & Netbanking customers from July 01, 2015 to September 30,2015 
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank customer shall be required to purchase on at  Ezoneonline Website “www.ezoneonline.in” using ICICI Bank Credit/Debit cards during the Offer Period from July 01, 2015 to September 30,2015 
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable. 
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

• Use the Coupon code “ICIC5” shared by ICICI Bank
• Pay using ICICI Bank Credit/Debit card & Netbanking services

III. Terms and Conditions as prescribed by Ezoneonline

• This Coupon Code is valid on online shopping on www.ezoneonline.in only and not at stores.
• Maximum Discount to be availed Rs.1000 per transaction
• The Coupon Code cannot be used in conjunction with another coupon code.
• This Coupon Code is not valid during Blind Fold Sale.
• This Coupon Code is valid till September 30, 2015.
• Ezone or ICICI bank reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any point of time without any notice.
• Shipping charges as per assigned terms and conditions by Ezoneonline.
• Customer will be required to make payment as per the price quoted by Ezoneonline www.ezoneonline.in (Ezoneonline website). 
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the Customer.
• Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 
• ICICI Bank and Ezoneonline  reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. 
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. 
• Ezoneonline shall not be liable for any claims or grieviences  solely attributable to ICICI bank Cards or netbanking services of ICICI bank.

V. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by Ezoneonline. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of Ezoneonline.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by “Ezoneonline.”
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other  statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank debit/credit cardholder, net banking user due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank debit/credit cardholder, net banking user. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank card debit/credit cardholder net banking user.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Ezoneonline. In the event of any customer claims arising due to any acts and omission on the part of ICICI or claims or fraud related to the credit/debit card or net banking, ICICI shall be liable to address such disputes. • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the below mentioned email id care@ezoneonline.in  without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Ezoneonline within 7 working days of transaction.
• However, any dispute or claim raised by the Customer not attributable to Alliance Partner shall be resolved by ICICI bank without reference to Aliiance Partner. The ICICI Bank shall be solely responsible for all issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer or such other third parties on issues arising out of or in connection with the payment system/cash back/discount, benefits or otherwise provided by the ICICI Bank to the Customer/s under the offer which at all times, both during and post the Offer period, shall rest with the ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the -Offer Partner/s or ICICI Bank net banking user from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/ Ezoneonline reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank credit/debit Cardholder, net banking user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank net banking user.
