I. DEFINITIONS

•  “Alliance Partner” shall mean BGG Information private limited (known as www.whichrightchoice.com) , who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, credit card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) “shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services and ICICI Bank Credit card, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 01st February 2014 to 31st March 2014, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service and ICICI Bank Credit card
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.whichrightchoice.com.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been can celled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. OFFER

• To avail  benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Net Banking User and ICICI Bank Credit card holders shall be required to make a transaction/purchase on the Website using ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)  during  the Offer Period
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s) and ICICI Bank Credit card selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s and ICICI Bank Credit card is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s and ICICI Bank Credit card may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s and ICICI Bank Credit card by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

Terms & conditions

1. This is a non-refundable introductory offer.
2. Introductory offer cannot be used for renewing any existing subscription to ‘Right Choice’ magazine.
3. ‘Select Voucher’ offer is a one-time promotional offer (“Offer”) on behalf of BGG Information Private Limited (“BGG”).
4. You will  not be eligible to receive more than 1 gift contemplated by the Offer. 
5. If you are an existing subscriber or a former subscriber then you will not be eligible to participate in the Offer and will be automatically diverted to the renewal section offers, if any.
6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any (a) pre-existing subscription offer; or (b) any future subscription offers promoted by BGG.
7. You will, as a subscriber of this Offer, be construed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions stipulated herein. 
8. This Offer can be availed only vide payments made via valid ICICI Credit card; no other manner of payment will be accepted.
9. The Offer starts from 1st February 2014.
10. BGG reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to modify, delete, cancel, add or amend any of the terms and conditions of the Offer set out herein from time to time without prior notice.
11. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of BGG shall be final and binding in all respects.
12. The Mumbai courts will have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any disputes pertaining to the subscription and Offer.        
13. BGG has the right to call you for subscriber feedback and in case of updation of your contact details. 
14. BGG shall not be held liable for any default with respect to the Offer, due to any force majeure event, such as act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, flood, fire, drought, storm, earthquake or any other event beyond the reasonable control of BGG.
15. BGG is free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information / details collected and pertaining to this scheme to third parties for tasks / projects with regards to fulfilling the Offer and subscription, undertake customer management, renewals and any other task / project in connection with the business of BGG. However, BGG will not sell your information to any third party. Your agreeing to these terms and conditions signifies your written consent to it.
16. BGG employees, their spouses or children and the employees, their spouses or children of consultants, contractors and entities working closely with BGG are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
17. BGG will automatically renew your subscription by charging your designated credit card account at the prevailing subscription price. 
18. BGG will renew your subscription 15 days after the dispatch of the 3rd issue unless you contact us at the number mentioned in Clause 22 below, before such date and ask us not to do so. 
19. To avoid any delay or interruption of your monthly issue, please inform us when your nominated credit card, contact details and address details have changed.
20. This Offer is only valid for delivery of ‘Right Choice’ magazine within India.
21. Except for the initial introductory subscription for the first three months you can cancel your subscription for any renewal within 30 days of the payment being charged to your credit card for any renewal and you will be eligible for a full refund for the renewal charge only.  
22. To cancel your subscriptions call us on 18001800200 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. from Monday to Satruday. On speaking to our customer care representative, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
23. BGG shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Personal Information of the Customer is kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party except to the extent required for fulfilment of services. 
24. The subscription details will be confirmed by an e-mail, on or before the 10th working day from the payment date. The email will contain details of your subscription id, subscription period, how to access our online archive.
25. You will receive the first issue of your magazine within 15 days of subscription and the subsequent copies will be received by the first week of the following month.
26. BGG reserves the right to reject the subscription application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
27. Copies will be delivered by post. However, the subscriber can also access the magazine content via the website and mobile applications (if they have an Apple / Android handset which allows download of applications).  
28. BGG will not be responsible for postal delays or the condition of the magazine when received by you. BGG shall not be liable for any act or omission of the part of the bank/ payment gateways processing the payment or refunds of the subscription amount.

30. Your voucher code for the voucher worth Rs. 500 will be couriered by BGG, within 21 days of receipt of payment for the introductory offer (i.e. the initial three month subscription). Voucher details (e.g. validity / code e.t.c.) will be shared separately through an email within 10 days of making the payment

IV.GENERALTERMS

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner. ”)
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s and ICICI Bank Credit card due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed 
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User and ICICI Bank Credit card ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User and ICICI Bank Credit card holders
