If an ICICI Bank Cardholder has more than 1 (one) ICICI Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
In case, the ICICI Bank Cardholder holds more than 1(one) Credit Card with the Bank; the ICICI Bank Cardholder would need to call up the Bank’s customer call centre and confirm which card(s) the said Offer may be availed for.
Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 31st September’22. Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 21st September 2022.Post such dates, the Bank and Dyson will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the ICICI Bank Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.

Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana Only.
This offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Dyson Technology India Private Limited (“Dyson”) in association with ICICI bank (“Bank”) and the participation in the Offer is voluntary.
All residents of India holding a valid and current credit card and debit card issued by the Bank in India ("Card") are eligible to avail the Offer ("Cardholder")
This Offer is valid from September 06th 2022 to September 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive) ("Offer Period"), or until stocks of the Product(s) (defined below) last, whichever is earlier, unless revoked or extended, without any prior notice and without liability.
By availing this Offer, Cardholder agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (Offer Terms”).
Under this Offer, a Cardholder is required to purchase a new Dyson product and the offer is applicable on all Dyson products under the Environmental, FLorr care and Personal care categories. The minimum transaction amount for the same needs to be INR 30,000
Upon purchase of the Product by the Cardholder using the Card, the Cardholder will be eligible for 10% instant cashback upto INR 4,000. The cashback shall be calculated on the net amount payable by the Cardholder for the Product(s) using the Card.
In the event of purchases made through dyson.in the customer is required to enter the promo code i.e. 1st 6 digits of credit/debit card to avail this Offer. In the event of purchase through amazon.in, the promotion will be automatically applied at checkout. In the event of purchase at Dyson Demo Stores or Dyson DTH, the promotion will be automatically applied at the time of billing.
These Offer Terms are in addition to other terms and conditions as may be applicable, including without limitation, terms and conditions of EMI, standard terms and conditions of the Bank, terms and conditions of dyson.in, terms of website use of dyson.in, Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice.
Product(s) may not be available for sale in some cities.
For Amazon.in, this Offer is valid only on Products sold by the vendor “Dyson India”.
This Offer is not applicable on Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery transactions.
The Offer is applicable only on successful/approved transactions and shall not be applicable on cancelled, chargeback, void or refunded orders or transactions.
Dyson and/or Bank reserve the right to disqualify Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of product(s) other than the Product(s), or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
The Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Offer cannot be used in combination with any other promotions or discounts.
Any query / issue in relation to the cashback will be entertained by the Bank only for 120 days from the date of the respective transaction. Post such date, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the cashback from any person. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Cardholder(s) must direct all queries / issues with respect to the cashback to the Bank directly.
In no event shall Dyson or Bank be liable for any losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of and in relation to the Offer.
The Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Product(s) under this Offer.
Dyson reserves the right to alter, modify, change or withdraw the Offer and/or these Offer Terms, without any prior notice.
Any provision of the Offer Terms that is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
