Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Pizza Hut, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank’s Pockets App customer" shall mean a person who has ICICI Bank’s Pocket app on their phones.
• "Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean a Debit Card or Pockets Prepaid Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Pockets app, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 13, 2016 to December 31, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s Pockets App.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner – pizzahut.co.in
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Special Offer

Under this offer, Eligible Customers, who successfully make payment transaction using mVisa on Pockets app will receive 25% cash back up to maximum of INR 200 for each qualifying transaction

• Pizza Hut has introduced a special offer called 25% cashback on Pizza Hut online orders through pizzahut.co.in
• Under this Special Offer any customer, who uses mVisa on Pockets to order pizza online from pizzahut.co.in shall get 25% cash back, up to a maximum of Rs.200 per user in a single transaction
• Eligible customer shall mean customer paying for online order at pizzahut.co.in through mVisa on Pockets App.
• On successful transaction, Customer will receive transaction confirmation on the website where the transaction was initiated as well as from the bank

Period: This Special Offer is only for the period from September 13, 2016 – Dec 31, 2016.

Steps to avail the Offer: To avail this Special Offer the Eligible customer shall have to follow the following process:

• How to redeem
  • Go through the regular flow for making bill payment
  • Proceed to the payments page and select mVisa as a payment option
  • Scan the QR Code using ‘mVisa on Pockets’ by ICICI Bank
  • Enter the amount & pay using your linked Debit Card* or Pockets Wallet*
  *You don’t need to enter a PIN while making the payment from Pockets wallet, while paying through your ICICI Bank Debit Card requires you to enter the Debit Card PIN.
• Post successful transaction Eligible customer will receive transaction confirmation communication from the website as well as from the bank.
• Eligible customer shall receive 25% cashback on their orders (max upto 200 per transactions). Cashback will be credited to Eligible customer account with 14 days of successful transaction.

III. Special Conditions

• Max cash back available per eligible customer per transaction during the promo period is Rs 200/transaction
• This special offer is available only for eligible customers ordering online at pizzahut.co.in using mVisa on ICICI Bank Pockets App.
• Additional Balance amount shall be credited to respective account from which the successful transaction has been done
• Offer Valid only for first 30,000 transactions done using mVisa or Dec 31, 2016 whichever is earlier

IV. Partner T&C

• The Offer is open to the Eligible Users only, as defined above.
• The Offer will be held during the period from September 13, 2016 till 31st December 2016 (both dates included) (the “Offer Period”) or until such time as the maximum limit of Qualifying Transactions (i.e. first 30000 customers to avail the offer) is not reached.
• The Offer is valid for a limited number of Qualifying Transactions. Once the limit of Qualifying Transactions is reached, no further cash backs will be provided and the Offer will be withdrawn, even if the Offer Period is still valid.
• The cash back shall be over and above any usual discounts that may be provided by Pizza Hut during the Offer Period.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Eligible Users, Pizza Hut is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between Pizza Hut and him/her.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Pizza Hut is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer, the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Pizza Hut shall not be a party to any contract solely between the Eligible Customer and BillDesk by virtue of the Eligible Customer using the mVisa services.
• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
• Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature, including in relation to personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission, arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the Eligible User of any goods and/or services under this Offer (each a "Claim against BillDesk") shall be settled by the Eligible User directly with Pizza Hut, and the Eligible User shall not make any Claim against Visa.
• Eligible Users are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer. Any participation by the Eligible User shall be voluntary.

• Pizza Hut shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal or failure on the part of Visa to fund the Offer, for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is purely promotional in nature and the Offer may be discontinued or altered at any time, whether prior to or during the Offer Period, without prior notice. Pizza Hut may discontinue the Offer temporarily without prior notice.
• In the event that the Offer, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, the Offer and/or the terms and conditions (as the case may be) may be modified to the extent required to comply with the law
• Information about the Offer is correct at the time of publication. Eligible Users can refer to the latest set of Terms and Conditions as available on Pizza Hut’s website.

V. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Pizza Hut. • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said offer offered by Pizza Hut.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Pizza Hut or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Pizza Hut in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
