Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean INOX Leisure Ltd. henceforth referred to as "INOX Movies", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for the purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer(s)" shall mean such customers of ICICI Bank who have availed of the Gemstone Debit Card product, for the purpose of this offer shall mean an ICICI Bank Coral, Rubyx or Sapphiro Debit Card usage for movie ticket booking.
• "Card" refers to any Debit Card (Electron/Maestro) issued to the Cardholder by ICICI Bank in India
• "Cardholder(s)" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorised to hold the Card.
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Debit Card on POS terminals on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI Bank.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/ benefits/ facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner "www.inoxmovies.com".
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled/ rejected/ unsuccessful by INOX Leisure Ltd. (www.inoxmovies.com).

All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

Buy 1 movie ticket with ICICI Bank Gemstone Debit Card and get 1 ticket free at www.inoxmovies.com, Inox mobile app , Inox mobile website or the INOX Box Office

• Maximum 1 ticket per card per month
• Offer valid throughout the week
• Maximum discount for the free ticket will be Rs. 250

III. Terms & Conditions

• Maximum 1 free ticket can be availed per card per month.
• The free ticket amount cannot exceed Rs.250 per ticket. Any additional amount has to be borne by the customer.
• The discount is applicable only on the ticket price. Convenience fee is levied on each ticket (as applicable).
• User has to use ICICI Bank Coral, Rubyx, Sapphiro or Expressions Coral Debit Card to avail the offer.
• Please send your queries to contact@inoxmovies.com, if discount has not been processed.
• Users will have to buy movie tickets through www.inoxmovies.com (website or mobile website), Inox mobile app or INOX Box Office to avail offer on tickets purchased.
• Offer is valid for customers coming directly at www.inoxmovies.com and not via any other website.
• The current purchase process at www.inoxmovies.com will remain unchanged till the time where the user opts in for “ICICI Bank Buy 1 Get 1”. After this stage the website will recognise the user and the Offer related to the same and reduce the bill amount and inform the transacting user accordingly.
• In case you have applied for the “ICICI Bank Buy 1 Get 1” offer, but the transaction doesn't go through for some reason, kindly wait for 20 minutes before re-trying to avail the discount again.
• “ICICI Bank Buy 1 Get 1” offer is applicable on all INOX cinemas in India
• This offer cannot be combined with any offer/ discounts/ promotions available at www.inoxmovies.com
• Movie tickets are subject to availability at the respective INOX cinema.
• Tickets once bought, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged in any form whatsoever.
• Once the booking is completed, the confirmation e-mail/ SMS received from www.inoxmovies.com needs to be exchanged with the cinema representative at the Box Office or picked up from the kiosk.
• Users shall not be entitled to compensation/ benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any User(s) from the benefits of the Program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. general rules & regulations are applicable.
• ICICI Bank User(s) are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar to this Program or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• In addition to the above, the offer on the website is also subject to www.inoxmovies.com and ICICI Bank general Terms of Use. Kindly refer to www.inoxmovies.com Terms & Conditions on the homepage.
• User shall be required to give personal information and card details online for the tickets purchased at www.inoxmovies.com
• In case of any disputes, INOX Leisure Ltd. decision will be final.
• This offer is valid till March 31, 2020.
