• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “INNOVITI PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

• "Card" shall Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

• "Program/Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner POS terminals on purchase from the above mentioned Brands using ICICI Bank Debit Card EMI Services, during the Offer Period.

• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from Sep 01, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021, both days inclusive.

• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

The availability of the offer to the customer is on the basis of following premises

• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Debit Card Holders is on a voluntary basis.

• The ICICI Bank Debit Card holders may avail the Offer during the Offer Period

• The offer is applicable on the 6^th month EMI transactions, done using an ICICI Bank DebitCard

• Discount offer at participating stores is valid on card swiped at Innoviti POS terminal

• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Card Holders by the Alliance Partner.

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

• The Offer will commence on Sep 01, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021 (“Offer Period”). 

• Under this Offer, Cardholders will get the proposed cashback on transactions made using their ICICI Bank Debit Card (EMI)

• All Credit/Debit Card EMI transactions need to be under 'Brand EMI' and applicable as stated in the charge slip.

• Customers are advised to retain their charge slip for 180 days. Innoviti disclaims any/all claims or liabilities with respect to the above mentioned offer.

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till Dec 31, 2021. Post such date, neither Innoviti or ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.

• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Samsung.

• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

• ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.

• Images used in all the communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only.

• ICICI Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to sellers on the Platform.

• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit/Debit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd in this regard.

• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
