Four Fountains De-Stress Spa Offer for Visa Premium Cardholders

• Eligible Card under the Offer means any valid and unexpired Visa card issued in India of the following types
  • Visa Infinite Card
  • Visa Signature Card
  • Visa Platinum Card
• Eligible Cardholder under the Offer means a holder of an Eligible Card.
• Validity Period under the Offer is from 15th January 2014 to 31st January 2015.
• Participating Outlet under the Offer means a Four Fountains De-Stress Spa outlet listed here

The Offer

• Eligible Cardholders will be given discounts at the following rates on the total bill for Holistic Packages, Bride & Groom Packages and Lifestyle Packages when they use their Eligible Cards issued in India (as specified above) to pay for the bill at any of the Participating Outlets during the Validity Period, as per the below Terms and Conditions.

Steps to redeem the Offer

• The Eligible Cardholder is required to make a prior appointment by calling the Participating Outlet. The Eligible Cardholder needs to express his/her intent to avail of the Offer while making the appointment.
• Cardholder also needs to express his/her intent to avail of the Offer before the bill is generated at the Participating Outlet.

Standard Terms and Conditions

• Offer is valid till 31st January 2015.
• Offer is valid only on Holistic Packages, Bride & Groom Packages and Lifestyle Packages.
• The Eligible Cardholder is required to make a prior appointment by calling the Participating Outlet.
• The Eligible Cardholder needs to express his/her intent to avail of the Offer while making the appointment.
• Cardholder needs to express his/her intent to avail of the Offer before the bill is generated at the Participating Outlet.
• Offer shall be made available only if the Cardholder presents & makes full payment by using a valid Eligible Card.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion/discount applicable at the Participating Outlet unless explicitly stated otherwise by the respective Participating Outlet.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged in part or full for cash or any other merchandise or products or discounts, or coupons or special offers.
• Visa Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer.
• Any participation shall be voluntary and all participants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Offer is purely on a best effort basis.
• Customers can also make transactions at the Participating Outlet without availing of the Offer.
• This Offer is brought to the Eligible Cardholders solely by the Participating Outlets. Rules, Terms & Conditions of the Participating Outlets, if any, will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• Any claims, complaints or issues regarding products, service, quality, etc. need to be made to the respective Participating Outlet. Visa or the issuing bank will not be responsible for the same.
• Visa reserves the right to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether at any time without any prior notice.
• Disputes related to the Offer, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
