Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Visa", who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for the purpose of providing the Offers.
• "Network Partner" shall mean Visa"Program" shall mean the Reward points Offer for the Cardholder availing of the Facility during the Program Period.
• "Program" or "offer" shall mean the cashback Offer for the Cardholder availing of the Facility during the Program Period.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA Debit Card or holds a valid VISA Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card and/or ICICI Bank Debit Card.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean cashback provided on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Visa Credit or Debit Card
• "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from May 01 to May 31 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the "Alliance Partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the services offered by the Alliance Partner.

II. Offer terms and conditions

• 5 % cashback will be provided to the customers who shop at Sheikh Maktoum International Airport in Dubai using ICICI Bank Visa Credit card.
• Minimum purchase amount is Rs 2000.
• Maximum cashback upto ₹ 500.

III. Others Terms and condition

• If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
• In case the Cardholder cancels any transaction/s due to which he/she has qualified for the cashback, then the Cardholder is not eligible for the cashback.
• This Program is brought to you by ICICI Bank Credit & DebitCard and is made to Cardholders selected at the discretion of ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank will credit the bank account of the qualifying Cardholder within 60 days of the end of the Program Period.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Cardholder due to provision of the rewards, shall be to the sole account of the Cardholder. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the rewards shall be payable by the Cardholder.
• No further queries will be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Program.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the rewards shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Phone Banking Group, P.O.Box No. 20, Banjara Hills, P.O. Hyderabad - 500034".
• In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
