Definations

• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank Mastercard Business Credit or Debit card.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using an eligible ICICI Bank Mastercard Business Credit or Debit Card issued in India.
• The offer is valid till September 30, 2017.
• Under this offer, cardholder will get 20% off on the booking fare, using the promo code ALRBLP. Maximum discount under the offer is capped at ₹1,800 per transaction.
• The offer can be availed only once during the offer period.
• The offer is applicable on bookings made at www.zoomcar.com and the mobile application.
• Minimum billing for all bookings will be for 4 hours. Any bookings made for 1 hour to 3 hours will be billed for 4 hours.
• Offer is applicable on bookings made between Monday to Thursday only. Vehicle booking from Friday to Sunday will not be considered under this offer.
• Offer is applicable only on self-drive rental.
• Discount applicable only on original reservation charges (not applicable on excess Km, late return fee, or other fees/charges).

• A fully refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be charged at time of booking and the security deposit will not be considered for the purpose of the offer.
• To avail this offer, cardholder should login to his/ her account or create an account, if he/ she is not registered.
• No two offers can be clubbed together and no additional discount/offer will be applicable.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Zoomcar at support@zoomcar.com. • Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• ICICI Bank or Mastercard reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
• ICICI Bank or Mastercard shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of the offer.
