Terms and Condition

• This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with M/s Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Debit or Credit Card (“ICICI Bank Cardholder”).
• The validity of the Offer (“Offer Period”) is from 15 September, 2020 (00:00 hours) to 6th October, 2020 (23:59:59), unless extended by the Bank and Xiaomi by mutual consent in writing.
• Under this Offer, ICICI Cardholders can avail, during the Offer Period, discount of Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only (INR 750) on purchase of eligible POCO M2 smartphones through Authorized Channel.
• The purchases can be made via www.flipkart.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Authorized Channel”)
• Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.
• Offer not applicable on net banking transactions.
• For ICICI Bank Debit Cardholders, the Offer is only valid on ICICI Bank debit card EMI schemes and not on any other debit card transactions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• The above Offer is by way of a special offer for ICICI Bank Cardholders only.
• The Offer can be availed only once per ICICI Bank card per Authorized Channel listed above.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
• Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Bank Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
• This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
• If an ICICI Bank Cardholder has more than 1 (one) ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
• In case, the ICICI Bank Cardholder holds more than 1(one) Credit/Debit Card with the Bank; the ICICI Bank Cardholder would need to call up the Bank’s customer call centre and confirm which card(s) the said Offer may be availed for.
• Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 6 October 2020 (23:59:59 hours). Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 6 January 2020 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the ICICI Bank Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
• All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
• ICICI Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
• Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
• The Bank along with its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes.
