Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

  • “Alliance Partner” shall mean K Raheja Corp Private Limited, hereby referred to as The Resort, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer
  • "Card" refers to any Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or Debit Card (Electron/Maestro) issued to the Cardholder by any issuing bank in India or abroad
  • "Cardholder/s" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card
  • “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services during the Offer Period on the Website
  • “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from September 01, 2013 till March 31, 2014, both days inclusive
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service
  • “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
  • “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful at The Resort


II. OFFERS:

ICICI Bank Credit cardholders and Debit cardholders will get the below mentioned discounts

  1. Hotel Stay: Flat Rs.1000 off on accommodation packages at The Resort viz. Winter package, Divine, Honeymoon package, Summer package ,Monsoon package
  2. Hotel Stay : Flat 10% off on accommodation packages at The Resort on Sunday package and Senior Citizen package
  3. Buffet Services: Flat 20% discount on Buffet services in High Tide restaurant
  4. A-la-carte’ services: Flat 30% discount on A-la-carte’ services in Bay Watch Coffee shop and Upper |Deck. A-la-carte services would not include service of wines and spirits
  5. Spa: Flat 25% discount on spa services


The availability of the offer to the customer is on the basis of following premises

  • Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank credit/debit cardholders is on a voluntary basis
  • ICICI Bank Credit/Debit card holders may avail the Offer during the Offer Period
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank User/s by the Alliance Partner
  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable
  • The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions


Redemption process:

  • ICICI Bank customer can avail the offer in following ways –
  • Booking onsite: The customers at the time of payment shall intimate the outlet that he/she wishes to avail the offer/discount and at the time of payment he/she should produce a valid ICICI Bank credit/ debit card


Customer Escalation Process:

  • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at Tel. No. : 2844 7759, 28447816, 26564240/41 or email: sales@theresortmumbai.com or rahres@vsnl.com without any reference to ICICI Bank.


Cancellation policy:

  • Confirmed reservations if canceled within a period of 48 hours prior to the date of check-in would be charged 1 night’s tariff as retention


III. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by Alliance Partner

  • This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner
  • The above offers shall not be applicable in case of special events/promotions such as on Diwali,/ Christmas / New Year’s eve / New year and cannot be combined with any other promotional scheme, discounts, packages or food festivals
  • This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product or service at The Resort
  • The Resort reserves the right to alter and / or discontinue the above benefit at any time at it’s discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever
  • Rights of admission reserved
  • Photo ID proof required on arrival
  • The guest / s would be able to avail of the service during operational hours at the concerned outlet / s / Spa
  • If the booking is made using an ICICI Bank card, then the payment has to be made using the same card
  • The offer can be used multiple times on the same card
  • The offer on A-la-Carte services is not valid on wines and spirits
  • Prior reservations are mandatory to avail of the services
  • Reservations for accommodation would be made on a subject to availability basis and only on prior written notice by the customer with our contact coordinates given below:

  3. Reservations for Spa services should be made at the following contacts : 2844 7760 / 2844 7756 or spa@theresortmumbai.com
  • Should the customer choose to walk into The Resort, the above mentioned terms would apply, should he / she produce a currently valid proof of his being a ICICI Bank customer and it would be subject to availability
  • Check-in timings would be 12 noon
  • Check-out timings would be 10 am
  • The offer is not valid in case of void transactions
  • In case at the time of payment, if the credit/debit card produced by the ICICI bank customer is not valid/ does not get accepted by the EDC machine at the POS terminal, then the discount will not be made available to the customer. Neither ICICI Bank/The Resort will be responsible for the technical anomaly


IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

  • This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner
  • ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s
  • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner
  • ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card
  • ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes
  • The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever
  • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at Tel. The same shall be addressed by The Resort only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase
  • All communication / notices with regard to this offer should be addressed to The Resort address
  • The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever
  • ICICI Bank/ The Resort reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
  • If the ICICI Bank cardholder ceases to be a ICICI Bank cardholder at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Cardholder
